Hi Pete, I know these fitness videos don't get as many views as all the other content but I'm really enjoying them. No one else is really doing this (from a golf point of view) so it's good unique content for your channel :-). It's inspiring me to get off my ass and attempt some myself.
I've been bench pressing for about a month now, just a few sets a day. I can already notice a difference in my strength and stamina throughout the round. Feels great
Roughly how long does this take to do? Also how long for the upper body workout. I'm keen to get into a routine but know if it takes too long I won't end up doing it, these workout look reasonably quick.
going to make and effort to do 3 workouts per wk min 👍💪 . trying to get the Hc to single figures and break 80 . I'm a couple stone over weight so losing that extra weight getting stronger and more flexible in the right areas and a course of winter lessons I'll hopefully hit my goal next summer. I'm 15hc atm shoot regular mid 80s looking to go to the next level 👍 keep up the great content #sjmgolfbreak80

Sorry, but no. Heavy squats are king. This high rep, low weight faffing isn't going to change much at all. You might as well be doing body pump.
