i dont mean to be so offtopic but does any of you know of a tool to log back into an instagram account..? I somehow lost the login password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me.
So this notification popped up on my laptop while I was browsing around Amazon (for awesome dot-grid notebooks of course) and I had to stop everything and look at this NOW. I was thinking "Clever Owl" and didn't realize till I saw it. Anyway, I really like this! And I've already put the orange one in my cart. Yes, I know...I need ANOTHER planner like I need a hole in my head but it's a sickness and I have no control over it I'm here to tell ya. ;) As far as planners looking similar or "dupes" of another, I couldn't care less. I mean really...it's a calendar, people. And contrary to popular belief, one single person does not have Lord or Ladyship rights to that. I actually used a planner in the 80s (82-83 if memory serves...yes, I'm old) that was VERY similar to the Passion Planner . I believe it was made my Mead. So yes, I now have the Elephant Planner (undated, 5x8 I believe), the cosmic pink (which looks more champagne colored to me but whatever) undated compact Passion Planner, and soon this Clever Fox planner, AND I'm already skulking about Amazon for more. And let's not forget I'm STILL obsessed with the Hobonichi Techo Cousin for 2019. If I keep this nonsense up, I'll have planners to last me through my 70s. ;) TFS! Another wonderful, enabling review! :)
LOL:) Well we can help our love for planners;) It's a healthy habit at least (compared to others). Passion planner is announcing something new tomorrow too. If you follow them I am sure you have seen that already;) But Clever Fox has put a unique spin on this type of planner with their layout, and I am impressed by the quality.
Yeah I saw that about the Passion Planner. It's about that time of year, so I'm assuming it's their Academic release for the upcoming school season. If it's anything other than that, I'll be surprised. But we'll see. I'll still be looking out for it! :)
lol we sure did and color me surprised! And boy are people pissed! But they're doing away w/the Compact and Classic. Surprisingly, I don't care one way or the other, and you're not gonna be able to please ALL the masses and I totally get that, but man! From a post they made on their FB page, it seemed like they were gonna make layout changes too - Yea! I thought...hopefully they get rid of all those ridiculous headers and add a couple more ribbon bookmarks for heaven's sake -- but apparently all it is is a font change (wow) and adding dot-grid pages (I assume replacing the graph pages or even both the graph and the blank, I have no idea). We'll see what happens at the actual launches. The Undated one won't be till Jan 2019 (which is another turnoff for me). Hopefully they'll change their minds about the Undated launch date. Anyway, I don't know. Good for PP and for those whom it works for, but I may be out for various reasons. Now. Having said that, will I still buy one? lol probably. ;) Will I use it? Sure. Maybe I'll save it for when I'm 70. ;) So. Are you psyched or meh?
I think the new size is actually a good thing. Although I won't know till I use one;) But I agree. I wished there was more than a font change happening. Like have one available without time slots.....and those without timed bars would have a little bigger margin between lines for people that don't like to write tiny. I agree a second ribbon would be good;) Maybe next year will be bigger changes? I do like that they are offering Sunday and Monday start in the new layout;) And I myself will probably not buy till the undated comes out. Since I don't have plan to use it right now....and I am already journaling in my 2018 Dated Passion Planner....I really can't use another dated Passion Planner right now. I didn't read any of that on FB. I stay off of FB bc I don't love it at all and it was a huge distraction and time waster for me!
Thanks for the review. It was very helpful. At the beginning of this year, I bought the Panda Planner and it just seemed like much too much for me, especially for carrying it in my bag every day with a laptop. So I slimmed down to a slim Moleskin weekly, but it doesn't have habits and goals and the like. So when I ran into Clever Fox it appealed to me because it brought together what I do like about Panda Planner and what I like about having a slim weekly. Now I'm noticing that Clever Fox has a Daily Planner as well. Anyway, thanks again for the review. Very thorough and helpful. It has moved me closer to considering this one for 2020.
This is the first planner in awhile that has tempted me at all. I am loving my EC, but have been wishing for better goal setting guides in it, which this has. I really like the layout of it. I think they've done a great job.
I have been wrestling with deciding to go with the Clever Fox Daily planner or the Panda Planner Daily. I think after this though I might go with the Clever Fox. Thank you so much for this video. It definitely helped me to have that visual and see first hand.
I am glad it is helping you with your decision. I know it is so hard when you can't hold them in your hands and feel them. They are both good, quality planners. I would just go with the one that make you more excited to plan in it:) Good luck!
Thank you for doing this review and comparison. I don't like a Sunday start which for a monthly I could live with, but not for a weekly. It would just confuse me too much. So I'm leaning more towards the Clever Fox. Also: I would start an index from the back because you never know how much space you'll need for it. ;)
Fantastic review! Thanks for filming it, Amanda. :) I think the teacher in me was going a bit crazy at the misspelling of "Personal Develoment" (under My Goals) :)
Thanks so much for your review. I was interested in this planner but I'm not a fan of the months and weeks not being together :[ looks like such a great planner tho! Actually... is that typical for undated planners? For the months to be separate from the weeks?
I understand that being a deal breaker;) They just can't do the weeks and the months together in an undated planner bc you never know which months have 4 weeks and which ones have 5 weeks. So they would have to waste weeks by just putting 5 behind every month;)
ahhhh...Thank you! That made my day;) I am so glad my videos are helpful! And, yes....I haven't seen an undated that doesn't have the months and weeks separated.
oh man......well there is always another planner out there waiting to be discovered. This is undated too, so you could defiantly justify buying this one and trying both out bc with both being undated nothing will be wasted;)
I like their weekly page and the setup. I would dislike the hard cover - prefer softer, thinner. Dislike all the huge black bars and all the note paper in the back would be wasted, I think. I would prefer they give me a little more room for each day (maybe make that a two page spread) since this encourages more of a journal approach than an appointment approach here. Really dig the components that right hand page, though.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I have reviewed many planners that take that 2 page a day approach and have a half planner half journal feeling. the most Recent was Monk Manual. But I have an big "Daily Planners" playlist that also houses a lot of other planners like that:) Happy Planning!
Helpful review! Do you think you might review The Charmed Life Master Planner by Miss Trenchcoat? It's available on Amazon. I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on it.
I know they have sold out many times, but they always eventually restock. I will see if I can find my email contact with Clever Fox and ask them. If I hear back I will let you know;)
I honestly don't know what they all mean; they are up for interpretation of however you want to use them;)...But there is a family, dinner, money, heart, exercise, meditation/yoga, up arrow, gift, reading.
Weekly bound planners that have a space for Gratitude or "Good things": Smart Planner Pro, Law of attraction, Passion Planner, Panda Planner, Ink & Volt (Some of these have a weekly gratitude not a daily) Bc these are weekly planners many times the gratitude spot is just included once a week......Daily planners that have a daily gratitude are: Panda Planner, Prospr planner, Phoenix journal, Law of Attraction. Those are just the ones I have reviewed and have videos on. Hope that helps;)
I am curious about the stickers. I am not sure what each sticker represents. Some are quite obvious, but not all of them. Is there like a way to find out what each sticker represents? That would be awesome.
This was a timely review! I just ordered this planner from Amazon. I'm still searching for planner peace so I hope this planner can help me. Thanks for sharing!!
Thank you for a very thorough and in depth review. THis is one of the goal planners I am considering and I appreciate that you went through the entire thing! Thank you!
Received my planner yesterday. I think I ordered the wrong one but, will use it. The print on that card is so small, I cannot read it; therefore, I ill be on RUclips a lot.
I hear ya;) Some people love bold black font....and others like you can't work with it! Thanks for chiming in; it is very helpful to hear what you all think about the planners I review.
Thanks for the great reviews. I tried to order from Amazon. It does not deliver to South Korea. Is that temporal issue due to COVID-19. Or, they do not ship to overseas because the company is too small for now?
I am sorry I don't have the answer to that. I would go to the Clever Fox Website and email them. They actually have grown pretty big, and I would be surprised if they didn't ship there;)
I am not using it myself....I am sorry I didn't make that clear in this video. I run a planner review channel so I don't use all the planners I review. What I do personally use goes in my Quarterly Planning update videos here on my channel. There is a whole playlist for them divided by year;)
This is something I am going to change starting today! Thank you:) Constructive criticism is very helpful. I am going to start out by showing the daily or weekly spread first with Pen Tests and all the information that everyone wants right off.....and then go through all the details or goal setting pages after that. I will also make sure I don't talk too much, but start right in. Most of my January videos are already filmed. But I will improve on what I film from here on out.Thank you.
Clever Fox is 120gsm which equates to 81# paper weight. Erin Condren is 80# paper weight. They are both amazing paper weight. The paper is the same weight, but not the same "feel" they are different brands of paper. They both handle pen very well and you shouldn't have any issues with show-through;)
I just heard back from Clever Fox. She said Amazon should be restocked around the 16th....but that date is not set. She said she will let me know when they are re-stocked. I will announce on my Instagram when they have restocked....are you on there?

i dont mean to be so offtopic but does any of you know of a tool to log back into an instagram account..?
I somehow lost the login password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me.
@Roberto Clay Instablaster :)
I love that the instructions are on a separate sheet of paper not in the planner.
I think that is a better way to do the instructions also;)
Based entirely on your review, I'm buying one of these today! Thank you for making the decision easy for me!
Thanks for sharing Melinda! A new planner is like Christmas to me:) I am so glad to hear the video helped;) Happy Planning:)

Hey Jana;) I think they have done a great job too. Especially at creating a unique layout in an overflowing market of similar planners;)
That is a pretty neat planner. Thanks for sharing!!
Thanks Beth. I was pleasantly surprised myself:)
I am so happy you made a video on this planner! I recently bought a clever fox planner and I love it. 😊
Oh good! I love hearing from people who use the product;) I am glad it is working out for you;)
Just got this planner. This is great. Thank you!
Oh great! Enjoy setting it up!

Fantastic review! Thanks for filming it, Amanda. :) I think the teacher in me was going a bit crazy at the misspelling of "Personal Develoment" (under My Goals) :)

Ahhhh so that's very common with undated planners then. I spent 2 hours watching your videos and I'm still not done. lol, you're so informative!!
ahhhh...Thank you! That made my day;) I am so glad my videos are helpful! And, yes....I haven't seen an undated that doesn't have the months and weeks separated.
I just ordered an EC Hardbound undated and now I’m wishing I had seen this first! I love this layout!
oh man......well there is always another planner out there waiting to be discovered. This is undated too, so you could defiantly justify buying this one and trying both out bc with both being undated nothing will be wasted;)
Amanda's Favorites you are so right!!!! #ihaveaproblem
Great review!
Glad you enjoyed it
Mine is similar to your but, larger. I think I should’ve gotten the one that has the schedule in it. I also purchased the budget planner.
I am sure it can be returned if you didn't get the one you intended to;)
Thank you for this review! I saw this on amazon and was curious about it; your review helped a lot!
Thanks for letting me know the review helped:) Happy Holidays!

I will write to that planner company (if I haven't yet...gotta check my list;) I will see if I can get one;) Thanks!
Amazon seems to not be selling the planner. Do you know when it might be re-released? I would love to purchase one for a family member.
I know they have sold out many times, but they always eventually restock. I will see if I can find my email contact with Clever Fox and ask them. If I hear back I will let you know;)
Great review. Thank you
Thanks Mary:) I am glad it was helpful.
What are all of the symbols on the stickers?
I honestly don't know what they all mean; they are up for interpretation of however you want to use them;)...But there is a family, dinner, money, heart, exercise, meditation/yoga, up arrow, gift, reading.
So question... I love this but want one with daily gratitude built in and a daily break down... Any you found undated like that?
Weekly bound planners that have a space for Gratitude or "Good things": Smart Planner Pro, Law of attraction, Passion Planner, Panda Planner, Ink & Volt (Some of these have a weekly gratitude not a daily) Bc these are weekly planners many times the gratitude spot is just included once a week......Daily planners that have a daily gratitude are: Panda Planner, Prospr planner, Phoenix journal, Law of Attraction. I'd love to hear how it works out for you after a few weeks/months;) It is a very unique layout and, great quality paper;)
Thank you for a very thorough and in depth review. THis is one of the goal planners I am considering and I appreciate that you went through the entire thing! Thank you!
Glad it was helpful, thanks for taking time to let me know;)
Thanks for your review. Which one would you recommend - the legend planner or the clever fox planner? Thanks
Honestly, there is not one that is "better" IMO. It really depends on which layout would work better for you:) And that is such a personal choice.
Received my planner yesterday. I think I ordered the wrong one but, will use it. The print on that card is so small, I cannot read it; therefore, I ill be on RUclips a lot.
oh, bummer. I hope you liked whichever one you ordered.
I do. I just wish the print on the card was a little larger 😃
I understand:)
Planner is Niceeeeee but that Very Bold Black 😓 could/maybe take away from dressing pages up for the liking . I Like it though ❗❗ 😐
I hear ya;) Some people love bold black font....and others like you can't work with it! Thanks for chiming in; it is very helpful to hear what you all think about the planners I review.

Your right;) I make a lot of mistakes, I didn't catch that in editing.
@@AmandasFavorites I love your kind heart, you are very positive!
you didn't even open the planner till 4:30...

I liked all the other information she discussed before she opened it.
Is it just me, but I don’t like with the ink on a page is darker than my writing
Lucy, I understand your qualm. Sometimes I feel like that myself too.
Amanda's Favorites Yes, it ends up looking messy and overload when I start filling the pages lol
I understand that for sure;)
You could cover it with washi tape
Very helpful and in-depth review!
Thank you for letting me know! I always love to hear feedback:) Have a good weekend!
Hi! does anyone know how the paper thickness of the clever fox compares to the Erin condren planner?
Clever Fox is 120gsm which equates to 81# paper weight. Erin Condren is 80# paper weight. They are both amazing paper weight. The paper is the same weight, but not the same "feel" they are different brands of paper. They both handle pen very well and you shouldn't have any issues with show-through;)

Anyone know where to get one? Amazon seems sold out?
Placed my order through amazon.com to go to Canada, hopefully it works! I love the lay out!!! Thanks so much for the review :-)
I am sure they will restock soon! I can try to find my contact at that company and write to them;)
Thank you for sharing that info;) And I am so glad the review helped!
I just heard back from Clever Fox. She said Amazon should be restocked around the 16th....but that date is not set. She said she will let me know when they are re-stocked. I will announce on my Instagram when they have restocked....are you on there?
