i want to make this but for pve. then everything costs too much and im also just too dumb to make a good build so i just die all the time. wish i could be this amazing

The Dot damage from Vaal blight is very small. He is a ward build with alot of medigation, and very little damage.

it is chance to ignore stuns, so Bloodnotch is still working when that procs
