I was amazed at the difference in weight. I will now have extra cargo capacity for additional pellets for the smoker my kids gave us. 😆 Thanks so much Lucy for watching and commenting it means a lot to us. Hope you, Brian and the pups are doing well.
Thanks you two, we are sure loving these new steps, they really are a big upgrade to the ones we had. As always, thanks so much for being a part of our journey. Love you guys!!
Thanks you two, its a product that we would highly recommend. So much better than the traditional steps that come on most RVs. Hope you two are well. 🍻 Sean & Angie
Hi Ryan, thanks, I dont have the ability to weigh the old steps right now. I am trying to figure out how. So I am hoping to be able to let you know at some point. It may have to wait until I get back to Northern Ut. That said the new steps are considerably lighter, which I am very pleased with. Thanks for dropping in my friend. 🍻 Sean
Your dog got a job taking phone calls for stair replacements? LOL. I really like the dirt destroyer and how easy that goes on the side. By the way, the red button isn't red anymore.
I wish Jazz would get a job, it would help pay for her food and poopie bags. LOL. WHAT they changed the subscribe button. Guess I need to stop saying that. Thanks so much for watch and commenting David. 👍 Sean
Thanks Mark, I was amazed at how much lighter the Torklift Assembly was. A tea chest eh, also can be used to start a revolution. 😆 Thanks for watching & commenting my friends. 🥰
I was JUST looking at the Torklift stairs last night, and wondering . Well thanks to both of you most of my questions are answered. Only 2 questions left…did you need the extra step? And, I’d like to hear how they hold up to real-time use. I’m enjoying your adventures and advice, safe travels
Hi, thanks so much for watching and reaching out. Yes, we added a 4th step and I made this video about it ruclips.net/video/WXdsfQlW6Yg/видео.html We are really loving these steps, so far they are holding up great, and they are so much easier to deploy and retract as needed. These steps should be on all RVs as far as I am concerned. I am a huge fan. If you have any other questions let me know. Thank for the kind words. 🍻 Sean
Those are some really nice steps, I just might make that upgrade to ours as well. Who knows maybe the are reading this comment and want to reach out to us too... 8) -Kyle and Michelle
Hi Kyle, we have had them on for a couple weeks, we are really liking them. Of course for me the biggest pro is the weight savings. I was amazed at how heavy the steps I took off were in comparison. As mentioned in the video, Angie loves how much easier they are to deploy and retract. Thanks so much for watching. 🍻 Sean
They do look nice. My biggest like is they are so much lighter. And I needed to loose some weight so I can now pack more smoker pellets in the RV. 😆 Thanks for watching & commenting my brother. 🍻 Sean
Your timing on this video was perfect. I have the same style of steps you replaced on our Montana and hate how much they bounce when entering and exiting. My wife had recent knee replacements and current steps are not stable. My question is how much difference was there in the Torklift steps stability versus your old steps? The cost of the Torklift steps is relatively high, so I would like to know if there was a significant increase in stability and safety.
Thanks so much for watching and commenting. We have had them installed for a couple weeks now and so far we are really liking them. Having the steps planted with the feet on the ground makes a huge difference in the stability of the steps vs the stock one.=. With the steps we took off if we were planning on staying in the same spot for more than a couple days I would stack some of the orange lego blocks under the bottom step to help make it a more solid step and to help prevent some of the "spring". Not going to have to do that anymore with these new steps. As for safety, the step has ridges on the top to help provide some grip with your shoes, however as I mentioned in the video I am going to add some carpet strips to the center to not only help prevent a shoe from slipping when the steps are wet, but to also help decrease some of the dirt that Jazz always seems to be bringing the trailer on her paws. I had considered adding some nonslip tape strips on top of the steps but decided against it as I don't want those to act like sandpaper on Jazz's pads. Overall I am really impressed with the steps. If you have any other questions let me know. Safe Travels!! Sean
@@ouRVisionnomadicliving Thanks for the response! I just placed and order for A8004 (4 step) version and look forward to using them. Again, thanks for sharing your experience.
The little squares do glow in the dark, pretty cool. Jazz does ok with them, but as I mentioned I am going to add some carpet inserts, you can sure here her nails on those aluminum steps. Thanks so much for watching Melody. 🍻 Sean
Love the video - thank you guys for sharing your thoughts!
Thanks so much for reaching out to us. We are really enjoying the steps. 😁🍻 Sean
Just the fact that it weighs so much less, makes these new steps a plus. Glad you are liking them.

Jasmine is awesome, she sent me a set of stairs about 3 years ago. I love them.
Jasmyne was wonderful to work with, we are loving these new steps. Thanks for watching & commenting Chris. 🍻 Sean
Holy moly! CONGRATS on stepping up in the rv world!
Thanks you two, we are sure loving these new steps, they really are a big upgrade to the ones we had. As always, thanks so much for being a part of our journey. Love you guys!!
Awesome steps. Way better than the other for sure. Thanks Don
Hi Don, yes, so far Angie and I both are really impressed with the steps. Thanks so much for watching!! Sean
This is incredible that you got this. I love the clean look of it. Great video and congrats.
Thanks you two, its a product that we would highly recommend. So much better than the traditional steps that come on most RVs. Hope you two are well. 🍻 Sean & Angie
These look very nice!
They not only are a lot lighter in weight, they are so much more stable. We are really liking them. Thanks Kristi.... Dad
Love ours!
Thanks so much for commenting. We have really enjoyed this upgrade as well. What a difference. Safe Travels. 🍻 Sean
Nice set of steps. We good do with a company over here competing with the solo manufacturer of RV steps.
They are really nice. We are really liking them. These should be installed on all new rigs. 👍 Thanks for dropping in. 🍻 Sean
Any product that gets the Sean and Angie seal of approval is ok by me.
Thanks Pedro. We are really liking these new steps. 🍻 Sean
Great Step by Step installation process 😂. I would be interested in knowing the weight difference in the two - it seemed significant.

The weight saving alone makes it worth doing. Not something we have over here, an old tea chest makes do as a step lol. Keep safe👍

To be fair they look nicer to and they match the trailer , from an esthetic standpoint lol

How does Jazz like them ☺️does the light thingy help at night?

@@ouRVisionnomadicliving yep it will definitely make it easier.
