Hahahahaha... Thats an awesome question. Almost every home DOES have a microwave. Either built in next to say double ovens, but sometimes they are built into the lower cabinetry. On higher end properties, sometimes the microwave is situated in a more obscure place say over by a breakfast bar or in the chefs kitchen.
Seems excessive. In a city where you can't buy a 250k starter what does this provide. More opulence for the rich. For me I'd be happy to own a home but priced out due to Californians taking over with this stuff
