Hello! 😊Your work is beautiful as usual and I am very happy to see that you are on RUclips. I have been enjoying cp very much along with the other media and sometimes ideas come to us as we work. Beautiful tutorial and you are a wonderful instructor and one that I have recommended other actually young talented ones to follow. I am not able to do what I used to but still need to work and keep up. I always look forward to your videos and maybe sometime I will drop a hello by on your post. Take care and I will continue to recommend you. Being since you have had the teaching background to understand more of where a student may be needing a bit more help then I totally relate and respect that. I am not of course saying that nobody else could teach these things but I have seen some unbelievable cp “purists” now that basically with their less then 10 years of experience that what ever knowledge they have goes and I just can hardly believe it. They are very popular too but shut off anyone that was taught a different method that isn’t anything different then what you teach. I wish you well. I am glad that you endeavor to remain focused on those in your classes and keeping a relatively normal life. The tutorial is are relaxing and very informative. It is a crazy world indeed and take care. 😊

Hi Martines! Do you find that when drawing on film with Prismacolor or Polychromos colored pencils, certain individual pencils apply slightly differently to the film, causing streaks or going on more smoothly than other individual pencils even within the same brand? When I did my color charts on sheets of film, I discovered variance. But I wonder if this can be possible?? Thanks!

Totally! Every pencil has other ingredients, so there are differences!

Hi, just discovered your channel, very good work and informative. So there is NO fixative that works with drafting film? I was thinking of trying it with Prismacolors but I often get wax bloom with them.

The one I discovered that works is Lasceaux UV protect3

@@MartinesFineArt Thank-you. I will look into it or switch to oil based pencils on drafting film.
