Awesome review, as usual. Not a fan of diamonds on men's watches at all but it's tastefully done here and far less objectionable to me than other references. I chose brown diagonal motif for my DD because I thought the lume would be useful and it's really the sportiest looking dial. Was a close call between that and white romans. I think if Rolex offered white with sticks, I may have actually gone that way. Love the way the background on the day and date wheels blend with this face. Never been a sundust fan at all nor do I like green dials.
I used to automatically think that having stones in men's watches was rather gaudy. But if they're baguettes like these (as opposed to the studs), I guess it's not too bad. Actually adds a lot of character. Excellent review as per usual.
I pondered long and hard whether to get the silver (champagne) dial or the olive green....both are awesome and really pop on the everose watch body. I think the reflection from the rehaut is what gives the dial it's champagne colour effect.
When I retire I will pawn all my collections and keep / buy a DD presidential 36mm as my retirement gift.
i want to own this by the time i'm 30yo. if i cant, i'll just go to Nepal and be a monk.

Maybe one day I'll consolidate my collections to get a DD40 everrose olive dial. Great review Tim, the watch looks like it's sized for my 6.5 inch wrist :p
