- Great to see this rare visitor to Portsmouth UK. The Amerigo Vespucci is a tall ship of the Italian Navy, which is used for training, its based at La Spezia in Italy.

Non e' una bugia. Alla fine della seconda guerra mondiale fra i danni di guerra da corrispondere alla Russia vi era una delle due navi gemelle fra la Garibaldi e la Vespucci. I Russi scelsero la Garibaldi che era in ottimo stato mentre la Vespucci non lo era affatto. Noi cambiamo fra loro i nomi delle navi contraffacendoli e tenemmo la Garibaldi col nome di Vespucci. Dunque la nave non e' la Vespucci ma la Garibaldi. Normalmente io non rispondo stavolta e' una eccezione

Just looked the Kruzenshtern up, glad i found it. She's definitely a beauty.
