I live in California, I dont want to move to Yellowknife but I really like watching your videos. I find it very interesting to hear about Yellowknife. Plus I like your meal ideas and grocery hauls . xoxo
Thank you for this it was perfect! might be coming up if my job goes through and am from south western Ontario as well so very relatable and informative. Glad you have more!
😱 I can’t believe you mentioned Lanky court…. I lived there as a kid from 2000-2001 and it was military housing. I guess things have changed. Loved the video!🥰
Great info on Yellowknife thanks wondering if you could ever do a tour sometime of Yellowknife lake's airport and schools in the future if can great content as always with you thanks
Good, I'm glad it was helpful! Thanks for saying that about me but I wouldn't go that far. haha. Sorry I know the lighting was bad and it looked creepy for sure. I cut out a lot more of those kinds of shots. Not exactly what I was going for. haha!
Hi. I am planning to Move there alone, I am a chef and also I can do some other stuff like, paint, plumber work, fixing household items and also I can do gardening. so will you please guide me or advise me if I move there is it worth and in how long time period I will be able to get PR...?
That's a great question! To be honest I'm not sure aside from just googling tourism jobs in yellowknife. (a few come up) If I find out more info on this I'll pass it on!
Thanks for the info again, you are very informative. Can you do any research in terms of recommending immigration lawyers? I have a suggestion, can you find a way to upload the jobs that are available there and charge a small fee for the service? By the way, do they have any Canadian superstores over there?
Hmm, I don't think that's something I can do as far as the immigration lawyers. I would have no idea what people were looking for as I am not familiar with the process! I'm only trying to provide everyday living info! :-) There is no Canadian superstore here. I also don't think anyone would pay for that service because I'd only be uploading the jobs that are online that are free for anyone to access. As far as I know, we have no where here that advertises for jobs in person except for the occasional retail "now hiring" sign. I'll def try to include those if I see them in my Yellowknife per month videos. Sorry I wasn't much help, but I always appreciate the suggestions! Thank you so much for watching!
Great video! I miss Canada so much. I travel the world and was in BC for 4 months last year and want to go back! Just a bit stuck at the moment. Your video's are great cause I have been living abroad for 20 years in many countries and it's those local insights that you can't find in books. Thanks!
Thank you for the very useful information. Do you know if there are any jobs for chemists/biologists in Yellowknife? I mean jobs related to biotechnology, pharmaceutical, energy and chemical industry. I lived in Edmonton but unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to visit Yellowknife. Cheers!
Roy Arav hey there! No problem! I have a video coming out next Thursday I believe covering many of the jobs that I know of that are available right now. Also, where to find them. Hope that helps! I can’t remember specifics though, there was a lot. 😂 Cool that you got to be in Edmonton! I still have yet to visit! We were going to this summer but you know.. haha The mall seems cool!
