- Super simple and easy to make Tinfoil Clam Rice Noodles
Material:
Clam about 16
1 enoki mushroom
1 Rice Noodles
purple onion half
2 shallots
Coriander 2 stalks
Garlic 3/4
Ginger 2 slices
Zhitian pepper 0.5-1 piece
Tin foil
Steamed fish soy sauce 2 tbsp
Butter 5 grams
Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp
1 tbsp oyster sauce
sugar 1 tsp
Bean paste 2 tsp
1 tsp sesame oil
water 100cc
practice:
Soak the flower armor with salt for 30-60 minutes to spit sand.
Soak vermicelli in water for 30 minutes
First make the garlic sauce:
Add minced garlic, shredded ginger
Steamed fish soy sauce 2 tbsp
Butter 5 grams
Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp
1 tbsp oyster sauce
sugar 1 tsp
1 tsp sesame oil
Zhitian pepper diced
water 100cc
Mix well.
Fold the tin foil into 2 layers and put on the enoki mushrooms, purple onions, vermicelli and flower armor,
Pour the garlic sauce on the sixties
Wrap it in tin foil (don’t wrap it too tightly, leave some space for the opening of the armor)
Grill on high heat for 10-15 minutes
Oven 200 degrees for 20 minutes
Finally, open the lid and add coriander and diced green onion to finish.
