This was very helpful but I have LUTS that are in folders and there are thousands of LUTS in total. Do I have to open each folder and pull out the files and drag and drop them or can I just drop the folders at one time and LUTS inside of each folder will be added?
I'm not sure i am afraid. Have you asked Adobe support about it? They should know that better than me where the folder has gone. maybe try to just make the folder structure yourself?
Did you copy the whole folder with the lut you wanted to install? If you did that might be the issue that it doesn't show up. If not I'll try Again from scratch.
Anyone else having issues with this in Premiere Pro 2020 and Big Sur? I just got a new iMac and reinstalled everything but half of my LUTs are appearing in my drop down menu despite them being in the Creative folder within the application folder.
Well, If you had watched the instructions carefully you would get it to work. i think you did not close and open Premiere pro again that's why you dont see them.

Just drag all the folders in. But sadly you will not see folders in the list inside of the creative panel. I hope Adobe adds this simple feature soon.
I should probably install 2020 version and get rid of 2019 of premiere pro.
Are there any advantages over 19 version ?
Updated software is preferred anyway to get rid of bugs etc. I update when new builds come out but not in the middle of a project.

Maybe you should try reinstalling premiere pro? No problems here on Big Sur.
