yes indeed. DO a spell video please. I haven't played around with the new spell system much but i looking at the decoy spell with high hopes. Going to make a pure necromancer and i'm sure decoy will keep my undead thralls and I alive a lot longer. The zombie horde spell looks promising but ive heard it can be a bit wonky to use.
Great Guide! This is exactly the kind of information I was Googling for. Side note: you might want to explain that progressing in Sorcery gives you PERMANENT corruption. It's probably the most important bit of information someone might want to have BEFORE they decide to be a sorcerer.
Thank you very much! Glad you found it helpful 🙂 As for the corruption part, I think you are probably referring to another part of the Sorcery, which is corrupting the attributes. Something I'll still make a separate guide for later, but it's not within the scope of this guide. But all the sorcery stuff covered in this video doesn't give perma corruption, unless you equip certain armor / weapons. Just make sure you have an entertainer thrall or use consumables that remove corruption.

I tested all the spells myself before making the guide. I also tested them again after your comment incase I forgot something or did not pay enough attention. But it really works as I said. You do get corruption with every spell, some apply more corruption than others. But that corruption can be removed with no problem. Not even 1% remains. I even asked someone earlier to test it with me, and they reached the same conclusion. The permanent corruption part only applies if you corrupted your attributes, not cast spells. If I may ask, did you try it yourself? And if so, which spell did you cast that caused perma corruption? Maybe I missed something

That wording is what scared me away from sorcery and even had me looking for mods to prevent permanent corruption. It basically states "progress in sorcery and get permanent corruption". That being said, I'm glad that's not how it works and I appreciate all your efforts. I may give sorcery a go now. Thank you so much!
Did they break something? I was able to upgrade the tome one time on day one but after an update the tome can longer be placed in the crafting section of the bench. Has anyone else run into that problem?
That is a weird problem. Was that in single player mode or an online server? If possible, can you try on single player mode again? Also, are you able to move the tome from your inventory to any other chest / station, or none will work?
ok so i used admin commands to give me more burlap pouches and so when i go to make the bridge and then cast again it says i cant do that right now and shows a little icon thing (not sure what that is) but once the bridge breaks or what ever i can cast THAT spell again but wont let me cast more again rinse repeat why is that and how to fix it ?
You can do pretty much most if not all of this on Isle Of Siptah. The book that teaches you Sorcery should be inside a new cave in Riverwatch Keep ( N 9/10 )
Sadly, I am not really sure. You may want to try interacting with the same book again. But it seems like a common problem with no fix for now. So I am sure they'll work on it. If you don't want to wait, you may want to re-create your character. It sucks for sure, but I personally don't know another way

All this is straight forward. What isn't, is how to make them work. Where the hell is my resource spell that I have unlocked. Those stupid floating rocks are so unclear. Someone that knows how needs to make a video showing every spell and which floating rock to get there.
Im coming back to conan, i took over a server in the first year of ps4 conan.. now i dont understand anything from the new shit.. nore vids like this indepth begginner vids would be a great help for me to solo a server again 🤌🏼

I really like the magic, but I'm also a bit disappointed because it's too passive, there's no real active part.
Yeah that is the common feedback from a lot of the players indeed. Let's hope they will change that in the future

Bro sorcery doesn’t work for me the rocks just break when I select them this game is shit
Make sure when casting spells and choosing rocks that you use the Left Click or whatever is your hotkey for the light attack
