Just a heads up about Frenzy: it is actually a lot more powerful than a lot of people think. It doesn't give you extra damage based on the total number of corrupted Authority perks you have, but the number of corrupted Authority points total. So 20 corrupted Authority does not give 12% damage (3% x 4 perks), it actually gives 60% (3% x 20 points). To confirm this look at your follower's stats in a resting state, then hit anything and quickly check their stats again. Their damage bonus% will go up by 3% for every corrupted Authority point you have.
When using Zombies I like 19 corrupted authority but keeping the final perk for extra stats on followers, seems to be more useful then sometimes getting the demon. Even on my server with 0.5 thrall damage to players, if all zombies hit someone they die unless they have good gear, in that case they need to be hit a couple of times. Really silly tbh

If you read the description it says +3% per authority "attribute" it doesnt say authority "perk" the reason thats important is because it is actually 3% for each point you spend. So if you were to corrupt all 20 authority points your follower will get a 60% bonus to their damage when you deal damage. I have tested this myself and can confirm that this is correct.
I haven't played this in a long time, but just reinstalled for the Sorcery business. Great to see you're still here--you were one of my favorite sources for info last time I played.
The sorcerer armor timer isn't as bad as people make it out to be because killing a human NPC gives 4 1/2 minutes on the timer. Stuff like deer give very little. Skulled enemies give more. I often ignore the timer all together and when I see it's low just hit up a thrall camp to fully recharge it but in general basic gameplay keeps the armor fully charged even if you're trading with enemies (the timer is also durability). It should also be noted the timer does not tick down while you are offline. I've been wearing the same set since the patch dropped on officials. If you want to rock a build with this armor i highly recommend freedom potions and the eel for +42 (more like +20 with corruption). At 15 grit and double buffs I have 110 stam, 90 without buffs. If you corrupt 19 perks in vitality and keep gluttonous you are incredibly tanky even with 400 hp. The only thing you have to worry about is the Arena Champion, she will kill you in 3 hits. Which is impressive when you consider how low your HP is.
If you have access to Siptah. Agility T3 perk + Jhils glovs + Sigil of the demon = you don't need Grit at all. As for a proper Siptah build. All summoned armor + Jhil gloves is still 900+ armor in light. Summoned bow for infinite arrows and great damage + Voidforged Shortsword for a really nice poisoned agility weapon. T3 Agility perk, T4 Authority (Well-trained) + 19 pts in Corrupted. Use 3 Zombies. At this point you have super zombies that heal you, and split any damage you take, and you have Infinite stamina. From here you can either go Full Expertise and not worry about weight and pick up everything with double harvesting or you can go all Vitality and make yourself even more unkillable.
I use the Helm of Kraxus... Gives 40% follower damage, 10% concussive and 6% tô strength weapons... Just the 40% follower damage for me its AMAZING since i love using followers :P

Nice build. Some pretty good survivability. I started a new Exiled Lands character for 3.0. Went with an uncorrupted Agility-based build for the Katana. Holds its own quite well. Throw in a t3 or t4 bearer for load carrying and you are gtg. Not my idea, got it elsewhere. Yesterday was able to get sorcery maxed. Respeced for max Expertise, got a bunch of cloth bags together, fully corrupted and went resource gathering. Gotta say, that is pretty stupid OP. That's about the only thing I care to be corrupted for. Hope you are feeling better. Take care. 🙂
try kraxus helmet, anyway even when you are low hp you wont need more hp if you have the correct atributes placed, because thralls will heal you. The best option is to make a tanky thrall that deals nice damage, a berserker, with nice gear and stats, so then you become inmortal.
I just want an option to become hallowed instead of corrupted they need a good side of the spectrum for doing work at altars and such that add perks and stuff for people who dont wanna be evil for using mass cull on resourcss
Ymir jhebbal are neutral mitra and derkoto are good on the basis of being life givers yog and set are purely evil who take by force not willing like derkoto so they can have corruption for doing rituals it would just help flush out the world to have more options or have the seneschals give missions for the religions
uh-bi-sl Mail not ab-Miss-al Mail :D To add some usefulness to my comment, add 4 more points of corruption to your strength, there is no penalty for it since you're already 50% corrupted and your first perk Scourge scales with how many points you corrupt so those 4 extra points are free damage. I changed the look of the Cimmerian Steel Armor to Vanir Settler armor using the Thaumaturgery bench. Looks nice, and have all the advantages of the heavy armor. Not a sorcerer-build, btw.
Out of pure curiosity can you use the abysssal set as a transmog? Like I know it's on a timer but theoretically if it maintained 100% durability then you should be able to steal the skin and apply it to something else yes?
Abyssal gear is never at 100% since the durability timer is always ticking down. You could test your own reflexes to see if you can drag it from the circle to the xmog table and hit the button before the first tick but it's highly unlikely you'd succeed.
hi, this is a bit off topic, but do you maybe know how to craft the undead horse from battle pass?, i have the horse carcase and sorcerous pet food on me but it wont let me craft it, the food highlights but not the horse carcase(white horse), what am i missing lol, i waited 24 hours for this horse and went to get it killed and now i cant even make this undead horse smh
You aren't supposed to kill it, you don't need a horse carcass just the horse in your inventory. Looks like you'll have to wait another 24 hours for a new horse so you can craft it. No idea why you thought you needed to kill it lmaooo but just like any other tamed animal skin recipe you just need the animal thrall in your inventory and any other required items to craft it. just because the horse is an undead skin doesnt mean you need a horse carcass.

Depends fully on your play style. Truthfully cast darkness and lock on and snipe players with bow. Cast fog. Watch the players fight undead while you pick them off with bows. Plenty of useful ways to combine sorcerer's build to combat. If you can time it you can trap a player with the lava wall was well. Just comes down to luck and play style
@@johnhimes8660 there should be an option to insta cast a spell but if you insta cast you gain corruption beyond the 50% mark until you die from doing it too much.
@@abradolflincler1563 teleport 3 times while you have stats maxed corrupted and are at 50 percent corruption ;) you get 3hp til the temp corruption wears off so you gotta hope every attack bounces off. It's fun I've done it

I would recommend corrupting your strength another 4 points to max out that first perk without taking the final one.

Unless it's Mitra the gods are all evil anyway, excepting Crom who cares not, and perhaps Ymir and Jebbal Sag could be considered neutral.

Aja's isn't the best Mace anymore. Since it no longer has the + 5 strength. I was doing some testing and other maces were doing better damage.
For the exiled Lands, the obsidian mace is the best one, while the vault weapons on siptah would be best

Instead of durability it has a timer on the armor. You increase the time by killing everything. Thats the "insatiable" thing

if you've put in corruption attributes your need a Yellow lotus potion, if not then just use a dancer or cleansing brew
Shame sorcery isn't actually useful in combat, like in practical terms sorcery builds are just different melee builds.
But extremely good for raids.
