she is originally french speaking and does not express her ideas as well as she would if she was speaking in french,but she is one of the only ones who could answer honestly and answer in english.
she meant that the school environment is very conduisive for learning,the class rooms are airy and spacy, a good library, good auditoriums etc in short adequate facilities.
