    Rewrapping an entire harness is a study in patience and manual dexterity. Good show.

    Always fun playing elastic man while hanging under dashboards to do the wiring.

    Excellent point on getting the main grommet on , thanks for the tips,,, is it better to but the wire harness in before the heater? Moving quickly along.. congratulations

    • @cheftush
      @cheftush  3 года назад +1

      Hi Robert, there’s quite a bit of space behind the heater to run the little bit of harness that goes to the passenger side. I find it easiest to do the heater first while there’s absolutely nothing in the way.

    Just caught up, the wiring is pretty methodical, but I know folks just can't get the head round it and become overwhelmed. Seeing how you take each section should help others out there have a go.
    I just wanted to make sure you've put the washer piping in through the bulkhead into the plenum, I'm not sure if the heater will be in the way or not, good time to do it though before it's too late. I did manage to get mine in through the ash tray hole but it was very difficult!

    • @cheftush
      @cheftush  3 года назад

      I’ve got the tubing just sitting in the plenum not hooked up to anything as I’m waiting for the back ordered jets to arrive. I think I’ll be ok...but your right it’s going to be tight in there to run the piping....I might have to borrow one of Elin’s kids 😉

      @@cheftush Hey, I have a couple of kids you can have for free, should borrowing from Elin becomes a problem.

      @@cheftush you can put the main pipe through the grommet in the bulkhead to the plenum, that goes to a T piece so as long as you have enough in there to get to from the plenum flap side you can still fit the smaller pipes and jets well after the dash is fitted. 👍
