Rumble's R ability is such an impactful skill that the chokepoints differences between red side and blue side probably make up the discrepancy between the win rates.
@@NuclearNuke41 I feel like that itself makes a difference, I personally prefer being on the blue side just because of the camera, having my enemies on the top left side of my screen most of the time makes their movements so much easier for me to follow, same thing for minions, and rumble ult just feels so much easier to position on the blue side to me, maybe I just got used to it at some point lmao

There is still a bug in the client that happens every so often for me where the entire friends list dissappears. It's normally back if i relaunch the client... the next day but as i mostly play solo it's not a major problem for me. Also there have been a ton of bugs with the watch client
Playing on Red Side is like lacking 20% of your screen because of the angled view and HUD; and playing on unlocked camera can be irritating (it just feels uncomfortable to me because I've never made an effort to work with it). I wish they would do what they did in Wild Rift and adjust the camera based on what team you're on.
Dude lower your HUD scaling. Realistically outside of CDs the only really important component of the HUD is the mini map which is also scalable and can be moved.
Lower your hud size and then use free camera and have an easy to access button bound to move the camera to your hero. You can hold the key down and it will act like a locked camera and you can instantly let go to move the camera wherever without worrying about it having to be toggled. You can also still snap back to your champ if you're looking at the other side of the map. Im also hoping your have your spells bound to quick cast over your mouse rather than having to hit the ability and click on the champ/ location. Those first two 2 things all really help with map awarness and the quick cast really helps with throwing out combos quicker.
My fav bug may not be the one they struggled to fix, but I have just to highlight it in the comment: "Winter Wonder Neeko will no longer lose a significant amount of base stats and the ability to basic attack when Lulu uses W - Whimsy on her as Neeko is using R - Pop Blossom while disguised" This makes me think, as skins shouldnt ever affect gameplay literally. As the gameplay code and the rendering code should be separated to the point where what you see (a skin in this case) should never affect gameplay, but only the other way around. Does it mean some skins could contain literally pay2win bugs? Makes me think really.
Gragas has an actual pay2win bug on his vandal skin. During your w animation other animations wont be played, therefore you can hide your q and ult animation. Only works on vandal skin.

(As you said bug becomes feature) but clearly the Zed was not balanced with them factored in. Then there was Caitlyn with her headshot animations and removal and partial revert with her VGU. I feel like this kind of stuff has to exist in a pvp game that has 170 champions. The amount of permutations of unintended interactions must me enormous.
I would talk about how Kai'Sa's pasive is very inconsistent when counting the extra stats needed to evolve a skill (mainly on Q and E) when even if you have enough it still says that you are missing a bit just to give you the option to evolve minutes later mid battle (sometimes i get killed 4 that bc I mistake it for a level up). Or also how the golden box around the mythic objects sometimes jump from object to object OR even to a random place on the screen, or what also happens is that if I buy an item with an active (say Gale Force) the active indicator box jumps to a random object that doesn't have an active. This are bugs that I see consistently on my server (LAS) (don't know if different servers can have different bugs)
I know that to this day if you have a mythic with an active and you swap your items around in your inventory, the item you swap with the mythic gets the golden border
A while ago a kaisa bug similar to this appeared on my game. The game said there was enough attack speed to evolve my e but it wouldnt still let me evolve it, 100%/100% bonus AS. That wasnt a big problem tho bcs i had more gold to build the next item components which contained attack speed, and that let me evolve my e. The bug was just pissing me off. Gj riot!
A bug that i've been having alot on the client is that there is a play button but i can't press it, sometimes it goes on for multiple days and then only way i can get into a game is being invited and a friend has to start it. Even when switching accounts the problem stays

I'd like to think that riot actually fixes their bugs, but the bugs that I've posted in forums and on the report a bug pages have yet to be fixed. And some of them are decently backbreaking. There are also things like the fact that Illaoi and Sion can't use potions or wards in their Q, but other champions can during channels, which is one of the strangest things that I've ever seen. Especially because there's even a tip that mentions that you can use potions and wards while channeling (Sion) abilities
While playing ornn, I used my W to knock-up lee sin. Then lee sin flew right into the sky and was gone for 6 seconds. After this he landed on the map like nothing happened.

There's a warwick bug where if the low health enemy is standing behind turrets or a champ, you sometimes don't get the movement speed by Bloodhunt passive.
Invisible Nunu's bug is still here, not as much but it can still happen AND there is a bug with his W/Z (giant snowball) where you can see the snowball rolling on the same place for quite a long time. People in charge of those bug said that they didn't know where it came from. They just succeeded in "reducing" the frequency of those bug happening
I used to play old Mordekaiser a lot and thought of it as a feature since I think the game just makes a copy of the current champion state. My brother told me that shaco has the same effect on his ult while being on Hail of blades, the clone will keep that AS boost as long as it is alive. I haven't tried it out to confirm but sounds credible to me somehow. (I had to edit it, I thought it was lethal tempo but it's hail of blades)
as a yasuo main. im been playing him for years now and the bug that didn't get fixed for years now is his Windwall. whenever you stand close to his windwall projectiles will hit. like one time i windwall the ashe ult but it still hits. i reply it couple of times. the ashe arrow did get windwalled but it still hits me. so yeah windwall sometimes can save you and sometimes its a handicap.
as a rumble player, it just feels so much better to play on blue side from what i noticed. he's easier to control, his ult feels easier to hit, and doesnt feel as janky
in season 2 or 3 there was a bug with tiamat. if you drag it with your mouse from the item bar and then use it and quickly get it back the game crashes and is gone from match history. I love you keep up the great content
Yasuo does have an animation cancel that you use almost every fight. Using dance after q saves almost a quarter of a second. Plus he has the windwall into q animation cancel
Rumble R is significantly easier to use on blue side, especially if you are using locked camera (which many people in lower elo use). I'm pretty sure if you check the same statistics for diamond+ the winrates are probably closer
52.5% blue side, 47.9% red side winrate diff on diamond+, 54.5% blue vs 46.6% red in diamond+ Korea only. So they are not really closer depending on ranks/region.
Double Maiden bug on Yorick was supposedly fixed but still shows up! Horrible for the enemy team if the Yorick is doing well and split pushing like a maniac.

Aatrox's passive: If you hit the paassive AA and cast Q, there are *a lot* of time when the speciaal sound of the hit is heaard aand you see the aanimaation (green paarticles aaround the chaampion when hit) but *daamaage aand heaaling does not go off* aalthough the paassive goes on CD.
The red side blue side AOE correlation is mostly around how those abilities are used to zone for dragon/baron fights and how pathing into those areas is different from the other side. More choke points favors AOE zoning.
Theres was a bug on Lux a few seasons ago. If you pressed R a second time really fast, you could re-aim her R after you already had casted the ability.
I also discovered a bug while playing yesterday where I was using Morgana, then between the 20 minutes of the game she is floating like levitating but still walks normally then can pass through the thick walls in the side of the baron area. It lasted until the game ends, lol.
While not saying that there is nothing at all going on with Rumble in regards to weird number based on side (like, I dont know anything is what I want to say), the main issue with AOE champions like him and some others is that the blue side is a lot better for them. First, you have elevation in the game. It's always easier to hit an enemy from the bottom as it is from the top. But let's say both sides do baron. Which team coming out of base will have an easier time to engage on the enemy team? Red team almost always stays behind the baron pit if they want to interfere but don't think they can do it. Red team only has 1 chance: Go in. There is no real playing around. And this comes down to player knowledge. Most people cannot measure the debuff that baron applies. They will know the enemy team is stronger and right now weakened, but not how much. A full Rumble engage at that point in an enemy team that is agitated and under pressure can wipe them fully out. So combine angled perception + elevation + worse position to take an objective and BAM, you got the discrepancy. Dragon is not as important as a single jungler can easily take it while being warded by botlane.
I remember playing with a friend (me as anivia, him as sejuani) and encountering one of the kayn bugs where sejuani E forces him out of the wall but he shoots up and becomes invisible (you could still see him on the map tho). Lost us 300 gold😭
There was that bug on the PBE for a short bit where after using nunu snowball he would be in this weird state where he moves as he still has snowball up but he cant use any basic abilities and he could GO THROUGH WALLS, while shortlived this bug was hilarious
Here's a really annoying bug (happened to me twice). So you basically launch practice mode and the moment you enter champ select press exit button. Absolutely demolishes the client and basically you cannot matchmake anymore and the game gets really buggy. I need some brave volunteers who can confirm if it actually happens.
I had a friend who was playing Ahri and the in game axis got thrown off or something because he was floating. Abilities were hard for him to hit or get hit by. This was months ago and haven't seen it happen since.
another example of a bug that has become a feature: Caitlyn's disjointed Q hitbox. a good cait that knows how to use it can REALLY shred someone faster than they expect or even fire a q in a very different direction or FROM a different position than someone may expect.
if you switch from your main account to a newly created account, some of you rune page will transfer to the new account, making it so you can use runes before unlocking them, and leaving your main account without those runepages
Sylas stealing Mf R and than losing all of his current mana after using it is still present to this day, happened to me couple of days ago, and that bug first happened like more than a year ago or something
I even had a bug a few days ago where I wanted to unlock a champion with a champion shard, it gave me the champion but instead of consuming the shard it upgraded to a full champion token which I could sell again for the full be:)

I had a bug about a year ago, i was playing jarvan, then suddenly the game closed, and when i tried to reconnect they let me in as a spectator, in my own game, i could see myself sitting in fountain while others are playing, anyone else has a similar bug or just me ?
I actually think in the case of Riven, Riot didn't intend the animation cancels but after she had been released and been played by us they ended up balancing her around the animation cancels. Riven would be a completely different champion without it and despite being overloaded in kit her damage is VERY much hindered if not using it. Zed on the otherhand already had strong impact without animation cancels and it was seen as a unfair advantage based on that.
Regarding the winrate difference and aoe it might be caused by map height differences the most notable times this comes into play is in the river vs land
can confirm. in 2022 nunu bug is still there. Also my favorite bug is a weird one. If you are playing red kayn and ONLY red kayn, and have a yuumi on you, if you are under turret in your ult where you are untargetable with yuumi attached and yuumi heals you, the turret can target kayn again. Only happens with red form, and is super inconsistant and difficult to replicate, but its happened multiple times for me.
i got an annoying client bug recently that locked me out of all game modes because apparently on my normal draft game, my team need to select the available roles that havent been selected but the thing is im playing alone and i selected 2 diff roles. i had to restart my laptop cuz exiting the game didnt fix it

I think the red side losses have to do with the camera angle and the depth of the position when champs are standing on high ground. The other day it was hard AF to land my skill shots on a Kayle because she was floating and on high ground she isn't where you can see her champ, but on the shadow on the ground which is really stupid.
Pink Wards not revealing certain invisible champs, despite the champ abilities saying they CAN be revealed by true sight is still a bug that Riot refuses to fix
It took Riot more than 2 ( two ) years to fix a bug on Ahri where if she would engage a non epic non scuttle jungle monster with her charm (which is the logic thing to do) the jungle monster would attack her BUT his healthbar would constantly reset
I always play on lock camera, I can confirm that it is harder on red side than on blue side because it is harder to see down as there is the HUD. That could explain the winrate difference
Warwhick had a bug that was annoying and fresturating with his passive from W whenever a champion with over 50% hp was in front of the the one with less than 50% you couldnt get the movement speed bonuses. It took 5 years to fix that bug.
Actually, was reading Yi's ability the other day and his w states in the description that he takes reduced damage during *but* even more if hit by a tower after having finished/canceling mediation. So was it originally a bug or a feature people didn't realise and thought was a bug due to possible clickbait titles?
the only "feature" i miss as a hecarim main is his ability to press E jump on a minion then smite it, it would make me double jump and achieve long distances. it was nutty
one time a nunu on the other team had an invisible snowball, but I could still see nunu and the particles around the snowball. the snowball itself was just gone.
kled's apparently gets randomised currage numbers meaning where normally 4 auto's and a Q will not always get you to remount Another bug with kled is the time it takes for kled to get remounted(so after he has stacked his passiv) this can sometimes lead to an auto attack killing you where other times you get the remount and there by surviving as you get skarls hp i dont know if they fiksed the bug but i do reamember everyones favorite Aatrox player Hashinshin clearly proving thease bugs

You can change the camera-offset in the settings

How about dmg tests on both sides before hypothising if one does less dmg?

I have a bug in the client that if someone pass me the room leader I can't changue the game mode and I can't search a match

First, you have elevation in the game. It's always easier to hit an enemy from the bottom as it is from the top. But let's say both sides do baron. Which team coming out of base will have an easier time to engage on the enemy team?
Red team almost always stays behind the baron pit if they want to interfere but don't think they can do it. Red team only has 1 chance: Go in. There is no real playing around. And this comes down to player knowledge. Most people cannot measure the debuff that baron applies. They will know the enemy team is stronger and right now weakened, but not how much. A full Rumble engage at that point in an enemy team that is agitated and under pressure can wipe them fully out.
So combine angled perception + elevation + worse position to take an objective and BAM, you got the discrepancy. Dragon is not as important as a single jungler can easily take it while being warded by botlane.
I remember playing with a friend (me as anivia, him as sejuani) and encountering one of the kayn bugs where sejuani E forces him out of the wall but he shoots up and becomes invisible (you could still see him on the map tho). Lost us 300 gold😭

There was that bug on the PBE for a short bit where after using nunu snowball he would be in this weird state where he moves as he still has snowball up but he cant use any basic abilities and he could GO THROUGH WALLS, while shortlived this bug was hilarious

Here's a really annoying bug (happened to me twice). So you basically launch practice mode and the moment you enter champ select press exit button. Absolutely demolishes the client and basically you cannot matchmake anymore and the game gets really buggy. I need some brave volunteers who can confirm if it actually happens.
I had a friend who was playing Ahri and the in game axis got thrown off or something because he was floating. Abilities were hard for him to hit or get hit by. This was months ago and haven't seen it happen since.
another example of a bug that has become a feature:
Caitlyn's disjointed Q hitbox. a good cait that knows how to use it can REALLY shred someone faster than they expect or even fire a q in a very different direction or FROM a different position than someone may expect.
my favourite client bug is, when you select a champion sometimes it locks the default champ too. it happened today too btw
if you switch from your main account to a newly created account, some of you rune page will transfer to the new account, making it so you can use runes before unlocking them, and leaving your main account without those runepages
Sylas stealing Mf R and than losing all of his current mana after using it is still present to this day, happened to me couple of days ago, and that bug first happened like more than a year ago or something
I even had a bug a few days ago where I wanted to unlock a champion with a champion shard, it gave me the champion but instead of consuming the shard it upgraded to a full champion token which I could sell again for the full be:)

I actually think in the case of Riven, Riot didn't intend the animation cancels but after she had been released and been played by us they ended up balancing her around the animation cancels. Riven would be a completely different champion without it and despite being overloaded in kit her damage is VERY much hindered if not using it.
Zed on the otherhand already had strong impact without animation cancels and it was seen as a unfair advantage based on that.
What about currently where discord freezes at the end of every game? It's been doing it for over 2 months.

Nunu has snowballs that sit there on the map without disappearing and you can walk through it no matter what team your on
Happens so often on ARAM. Same thing for Quinns Valor. He flys on one spot on the map and sometimes ascends to the sky only to reappear seconds later
can confirm. in 2022 nunu bug is still there. Also my favorite bug is a weird one. If you are playing red kayn and ONLY red kayn, and have a yuumi on you, if you are under turret in your ult where you are untargetable with yuumi attached and yuumi heals you, the turret can target kayn again.
Only happens with red form, and is super inconsistant and difficult to replicate, but its happened multiple times for me.
i got an annoying client bug recently that locked me out of all game modes because apparently on my normal draft game, my team need to select the available roles that havent been selected but the thing is im playing alone and i selected 2 diff roles. i had to restart my laptop cuz exiting the game didnt fix it

I think the red side losses have to do with the camera angle and the depth of the position when champs are standing on high ground. The other day it was hard AF to land my skill shots on a Kayle because she was floating and on high ground she isn't where you can see her champ, but on the shadow on the ground which is really stupid.
I remember shaco had a bug where, if you Q behind someone but dont attack Them, your invisability still broke. It sucked big time

It took Riot more than 2 ( two ) years to fix a bug on Ahri where if she would engage a non epic non scuttle jungle monster with her charm (which is the logic thing to do) the jungle monster would attack her BUT his healthbar would constantly reset

I always play on lock camera, I can confirm that it is harder on red side than on blue side because it is harder to see down as there is the HUD. That could explain the winrate difference

Warwhick had a bug that was annoying and fresturating with his passive from W whenever a champion with over 50% hp was in front of the the one with less than 50% you couldnt get the movement speed bonuses.
It took 5 years to fix that bug.

Actually, was reading Yi's ability the other day and his w states in the description that he takes reduced damage during *but* even more if hit by a tower after having finished/canceling mediation. kled's apparently gets randomised currage numbers meaning where normally 4 auto's and a Q will not always get you to remount
Another bug with kled is the time it takes for kled to get remounted(so after he has stacked his passiv) this can sometimes lead to an auto attack killing you where other times you get the remount and there by surviving as you get skarls hp
i dont know if they fiksed the bug but i do reamember everyones favorite Aatrox player Hashinshin clearly proving thease bugs
