Veronika was born and raised in Ukraine. But during the war in Ukraine with Russia, she fled to the Netherlands with her mother and brother, where they now live together. Now Veronika has been able to audition for the Dutch junior Eurovision Song Contest because she has already mastered the Dutch language in such a short time. She had also auditioned for the Ukrainian junior Eurovision Song Contest, but she was unable to continue and now here in the Netherlands she is in the national final of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Ahoy Rotterdam! She also participated in the Voice Kids in Ukraine and won the Ukrainian Got Talent
