I just love revisiting these weapon guides because of the amount of time and work he put into them, not to mention Stu's soothing voice. I wish I could find MW3's weapon guides, but I know he was actually hired to do those for the Call of Duty Elite, so he doesnt have the exclusive rights to those and probably can't even post them. Driftor's "In Depth" series can't even compare to this, especially since he doesn't have competition, he's not even trying anymore.
I understand why he stopped doing these after ghost because they're going into more future like guns and shit and he can't break them down as he would with these my present like games
He wanted to broaden his channel and future projects. By continuously doing weapon guides for Cal of Duty (except Titanfall), most gamers think that he is strictly a COD channel. He did say in a few bonus videos (cannot remember which one) that his interest in COD was in decline and wanted to focus his effots on other things like RetroyAhoy and "Nuclear Fruit." Stuart is an amazing documentary filmaker.

Those RUclipsrs are payed by Activision to say nice things about their broken, and sometimes boring game. Time to kill with a sniper is 1.2 seconds at close range. Time to kill with SMG at close range, 2,1 AVERAGE. I'm fighting with facts, you're fighting with opinions. You can't win. Just accept that Snipers are OP.

The difference between a magazine and a clip is that a magazine is used to hold cartridges to put them into a position that they can be loaded into the chamber by the mechanism of the firearm. They also have feeding mechanism, which clips don't. A clip is a device used to store multiple rounds of ammunition together. Only a few certain guns ever use clips, i.e. M1 Garand, SKS, classic revolvers. Magazines are used by all modern guns and most old guns.
Shooting short bursts is a good way to maintance accuracy. Using select fire will make your burst firing even more accurate, but restrict your ability to full auto. Another way to is to use low recoil weapons such a M27 or Vector K10 or you can choose weapon that has mostly vertical recoil like MP7. You should focus on recoil pattern of the gun that you're using and try to counter it. Mastering recoil is great way to improve aim.

The MTAR's overall damage profile and output is very friendly for most maps. The combination of a three shot kill and a decent fire rate makes the MTAR among the best assault rifles at close and medium range. Small-ish recoil also makes it remain effective at medium-long range where it's a four shot kill. The five shot range is where the MTAR really begins to falter, as it's not hard to find long range sightlines where that will bite you. However, for an adaptable weapon like an assault rifle, the close and medium range band is where they perform best, and the MTAR is really geared for that range. It's a great beginner weapon as a result, but even as you get better at the game, the MTAR remains a good option.
Attachments: Quickdraw, Stock and Fast Mag(silencer instead of quickdraw or fast mag, depends what you prefer.) Perks: Ghost, Flack Jacket Scavanger Tactical mask Its good for run and gun and an easy weapon to use effectively.
Good old MTAR. A solid, balanced, reliable weapon. It has no real specialty, and is instead a jack-of-all-trades. Any configuration of attachments and perks will work, which is exactly why this is my favorite assault rifle.
This is like the best set-up ever, only bad thing, not about the set-up but about me, is that I always find myself running out of ammo and needing that handgun. Love the launcher though, I earn the praise and hate in the lobby for shooting down those annoying scorestreaks. Keep up the awesome set-ups and incredible work.
did you know? The milimiter scanner reduces recoil MORE than the foregrip and allows you to see through walls, if you really hate the recoil try it out.
It's not youtube's subtitles, its Stu's subtitles. He himself writes all of the words spoken into the video so that everyone can understand them. It's just Stu being an awesome person, not youtube working correctly for once.
The MTAR is a very good weapon and the iron sights may be cluttered for some, but I don't find them to be too bad. It is very balanced and controllable, and the damage is consistent enough to make it formidable. As Stu said, many of the attachments for it give positive benefits to it, like Fast Mag, the Reflex Sight, Suppressor, Stock, Target Finder, Extended Clip, maybe FMJ, Foregrip and the Laser Sight. I consider it a smaller version to the SCAR-H.
Another favorite assault rifle of mine, I still love the smr more, but this gun holds a special place in my heart, great fire rate a great magazine and sexy iron sights, I basically love this gun too, I normally run quickdraw and fast mags or quickdraw, fast mags, and a silencer. So if you’ve seen, I’m commenting on every bo2 video xbox ahoy has done, giving my opinion on every gun in this game. So you’ll see me a bit if you’re going to binge watch the bo2 weapon guides. For my fellow experienced players in which find reticles unneccesary I recommend Quickdraw or the adjustable stalk. Though fast magizine is a good option for one who heads into closer range engagments.

i only watch his videos because the way he describes every tool is scientifical and benifitial to my gameplay and it helps me take the advantages in my games.
And instead of toughness you can have scavenger. This allows you to instantly gather more ammo from fallen enemies or allies. Very help full for tight situation. When you pick up a pack it refills both ammo for secondary and primary along with tactical and lethal.
love this gun to bits. i use lazer sight+quickdraw+reflex lazer to match smg's for hipfire. dexterity+quickdraw means i can ADS super fast to also beat SOME smg users. reflex adds to the mtars strong accuracy so you have an all purpose wepon to be effective at any situatiuation. use hardline, ghost, toughness with the dexterity and you have a strong all rounder class

MTar is awesome, I use the primary gunfighter wildcard to get three attachment for MTar w/ Acog Sight, Grip, and Fast Mag.

With the MTAR I'm using EOTech, Supressor and Fore Grip and as a secondary weapon Vector K10 with extended mag and Fore Grip
Anyone with such an amazing voice can convince people to do anything.

I remember when this video came out, my family had just watched Ted the day prior. good times
And instead of toughness you can have scavenger. This allows you to instantly gather more ammo from fallen enemies or allies. Very help full for tight situation. When you pick up a pack it refills both ammo for secondary and primary along with tactical and lethal.
i would recommend the top optic sight for long range combat, it's extremely accurate and can be helpful to obtaining headshots.

lazer sight+quickdraw+reflex
lazer to match smg's for hipfire. dexterity+quickdraw means i can ADS super fast to also beat SOME smg users. reflex adds to the mtars strong accuracy so you have an all purpose wepon to be effective at any situatiuation. use hardline, ghost, toughness with the dexterity and you have a strong all rounder class

I got gold for three other assault rifles before even using the MTAR, but it's really growing on me. Underrated I think.
I still use this weapon and I'm prestige 2! The MTAR is one of the more underused weapons though, but if you try it out you might like it.

This weapon was really reliable and has saved my ass in some situations that others would have deemed to be impossible to survive.
