    I have the Doogee V Max and it is simply amazing. 2 days since i last charged it to 86% and i have used it heavily most of the time and now sits at 42%. My usage includes gaming, listening to music all day almost via bluetooth, a lot of surfing the web and watching youtube, downloading stuff , watching movies etc, phone calls, social media, texting, taking photos, shooting 4k videos etc. And Brightness at around 70% and screen refresh rate put on Automatic mode.

      Cool, I'm also considering this phone. Do you still have it? If so, have you tested the battery capacity with Accubattery app? How much SOT do you get about from 100 to 0%? And over how many days ofc
      I have the Unihertz Tank (It also supposed to have a 22 000mah battery) and I get around 30h++ SOT over 3-4 days (and night) if used heavily 😅

      @@Stephanox69 With my heavy usage it usually last 2-3 full days now with my heavy usage which includes listening to music over Bluetooth many hours a day, some gaming here and there, streaming youtube videos, browsing the web a lot. Accubattery reports 22000mAh as does all other apps i tested the battery capacity in. I usually get over 30 hours of SoT with it. And by setting screen refresh rate to 60Hz and also lowering the screen brightness a bit sure helps too.

    I have owned the v30 model, 13 hrs screen time, screen brightness 50 to 70% most of the time at the end of the day 25% still left. It's not too big and too bulky for every day in use. All in all, I'm happy with performance.

  • @CitarNosis317
    @CitarNosis317 Год назад +5

    I got the Unihertz Tank and I like the Tank much better. Specs are a bit worse (on paper), it "only" has 8gigs of RAM; a bit weaker SOC; and just a 60hz display. BUT! This one has a huge LED light on the back. It has a 3,5mm headphone jack. And the build quality is so so so nice. Yes, it's 550g, just like this Doogee phone. But I am very satisfied with it. The OS is also very stock, almost AOSP, compared to Doogee which is a bit more MIUI/custom like.
    Is it perfect? No. Some drawbacks:
    - The buttons could feel more clicky.
    - The buttons can be pressed a bit too easily sometimes (like the flashlight one on the left.)
    - The extra software like the LED one feels a tiny bit clunky, but it's really not so bad.
    That's about it?

    • @MASViper
      @MASViper Год назад +2

      Unfortunately, the Tank doesn't have an expendable storage.

      1. not just on the paper the soc is actually worst if you wanna compare to doogee dimesity 1080
      2. the -25% is not too little in my opinion
      3. the most important for someone who is live in a 5g ready city i think at this point it will not suprise anyone but (THE SUPPORT OF THE 5G) and this is why TANK will never be better than VMAX but you can expect that on the price too because the TANK is 100$ cheaper than the VMAX right now when i wrote that

    I have the Doogee S80 and Doogee S88 Pro. Both have good screen brightness levels and I mainly use at 20% brightness for normal viewing, with 100% max actually too bright even outside. How does the new VMax compare?

    • @RedskullPro

      @@RedskullPro Cheers for info. In that case I'll maybe get one in the future. I used to use iPhones, but hated the forced model updates...so never again. The only thing fairly decent on iPhone and Samsung are the camera images and video stabilization, but I mainly use my much better professional DSLR cameras for photos anyway. I don't quite understand why Doogee doesn't have video stabilization in their flagship models.

    Not bad at all! But it's really thick, I mean when you can't even put it in your pocket... and the video.. it's like 15fps non stabilized...

The sot that i use to get is often more than 12 hours up to 16 hours. So i won't really gat mad for that if the battery is not really 22000mah. It's still has a solid battery life

      The life of battery is determined by its maximum number of charges. If you have Tecno pova 3 surely it consumes its battery faster because of the size of its screen.
