However I do feel that for someone to get 40 years imprisonment evidence should be beyond unreasonable le doubt
In this trial I strongly believe this is not the case

Well short of beyond reasonable doubt , there is in fact no proper evidence whatsoever. Its beyond bizarre.

That's sounds true , however , if your dealing with Irish guards , it's the smart thing to do. He picked the wrong country, would have been better to go to Australia, or Africa , the guards followed him to America , and then " obtained " witness statements. ........ even though he wasn't the shooter. ......
