Surely Praying and Fasting brings promotion..Iam a testimony. One time Ester obasike told us to pray and Fast for 28days and after doing exactly I received my promotion..I was promoted in my place of work and received all areas of my salary since my promotion was backdated for six months. My manager informed us that I was supposed to have been promoted six months before...therefore my promotion was over due therefore they had to pay all the six months .Glory to God

Improvement of health is a BY - PRODUCT of FASTING.
It is NOT A reason to fast.
I have seen platforms like Facebook where especially ladies fast for weight loss.
That is not fasting BUT hunger strike.
FASTING is to get closer to GOD.
