Go to where you buy gamepasses and there will be a storage tab, at the top there will be an arrow to switch between race storage and support style storage

I got the naruto scroll and clicked the other 4 scrolls, but it still says i need to collect all scrolls
There are 5 hidden across the islands so you probably just missed one.
