Fun fact: According to Habboi, the Tour rift was only going to appear if you dropped a *⌛Time Piece* down to Mustache Girl, as it would've hit her on the head. They eventually changed this, probably because you would have to finish The Finale again.
@@ObisStuff Just get 45 time pieces, like CrabBar said. However, you will need the Seal the Deal DLC. And if you have Nyakuza Metro, collect 55 time pieces instead.
@@gracedthecosmos_ hey can you help me , right now I got 54 timepieces and I'm not sure where to find the last 2 . Also I did not defeat the final boss of the game.
I know I mentioned this elsewhere, but there's a mod that gives this Rift the Collapsing Rift treatment, complete with proper Death Wish location on the map, 3 challenges, and an unlockable skin. There are two things that don't match the other such challenges though: 1. All Rift Pons are in the same locations as the original. It was never a major shift in location though, so you probably wouldn't have noticed that. 2. The Story pages have not been removed. Not sure what happens if you try collecting them during the run, but they're not supposed to be here regardless.
I got this Rift and went through it. Before I could finish, I was called out to do something, and when I came back, the game had crashed. I loaded it back up and it says I have all 45 Time Pieces, but no rift showed up again! I even redid the last one I collected, the blue Chapter 6 Rift, and I have nothing! THE GAME BROKE! (Side note, when I reloaded, the game gave me a time stop hat when I didn’t have one before.)
Something similar happened to me. I collected the last relic for Artic Cruise then the game crashed. When I reloaded the time rift never showed up and I got the time stop hat randomly. Weird.
hmm it seems the unlock criteria is actually whenever you get all the available time pieces at any given time, i never got around playing the artic cruise chapter before nyakuza dropped and i just got this level after getting all the nyakuza time pieces (did artic prior to it)my completionist hat was never removed though, kinda weird
0:50 wrong. If i click one of these videos, just get on with the objective =/ Why would anyone click on a tutorial video to see the guy scurrying around and wasting the viewers time? *clicks X2 speed*
I forgot, is Seal the Deal update out on the Switch yet? If yes, then you need 45 time pieces (every single level complete) to access the orb in the attic
Is 'A Hat in Time' a difficult game to get into? e.g., Dota *is* difficult game to get into, 'cause you need to learn a lot of stuff before you truly start play, understand and appreciate a game
Mhm, I'd say if you stay away from speedrunning, it isn't. Controls are generally simple and most of the difficulty comes from learning the platforming/fighting encounter
That fire level is horseshit. Rest of the game is perfect, but it's so frustrating how once you get hit by fire, you can get locked into a chain of hits that cam quickly drain your life to zero. Yooka-Laylee was better.

And I just realized Charcocoa ninja'd me on this...
Let's be glad this one isn't in Death Wish as a Rift Collapse...

You spoke too soon...
I regret not getting dlc when it was free ;-;
Well I regret not buying the game when it was offered free (now I have it its just so expensive lol)
The Game & DLC was for free once? Damn!
Only Seal The Deal DLC was free when it launch during September 8th
I just* realized hat* kid's color scheme reminds me of Wario / Waluigi.
Must be Wa luigi's kid

I had one HP left when this happened. Had to start the entire thing over.

I was able to get the time rift to show up :)
Wtf happened
You need 56 not 45, it includes the dlc now
@@ActualIssue This was on week one after release, basically. Before Nyakuza was out.
I like the different remixes in all of the stages 👍
Those remixes are just gorgeous. Each one ideally fits in area
Ah yes the last Backstory we get
Y'know cause we gotta feel bad for beating them up (not letting the Captain die for Seal the Deal
Sora?!? What are you doin
There should have been a little bit of The Arctic Cruise too!
They say we’re all human and make mistakes...BUT WHAT ABOUT CRABBAR LOOK AT THAT GAMEPLAY
I have incomplete story book (7/9 ish) and seeing the last page makes me really sad :( Ty I guess?

Woops
A great time rift and a great walkthough
Pin this and Hat Kid will make more movies.
I don't need 3rd train rush so nothing personal
yeah that is why hat kid should throw a time piece.
I love how the music changes in every section
thanks. this was all I was missing for platinum
Please, show the others storybooks too, since i am not good in death wish time rift T-T
I will show all dw rifts soon, stay tuned!

You missed one on top of the water tower in the Dead Bird Studio level
this took me wayyyy too long, thanks for this
Why is the music that the reward machine thing plays inappropriate?
Because it is extremely happy on the contrast
CrabBar oh, it doesn’t fit with the mood of the story book.
they should have made one of the rift pons in a minature version of vanessa’s manor.
I just did this and I missed one Sigh..But I'm still happy that I 103% it on Switch
Where do you find this time rift?
How do you get that rift?
45?! I needed 55 time pieces to access this one!
That's because dlc2 didn't exist back then, moving the requirement of "every other time pieces" to new number
Edit: nvm you figured that already, heh
@@CrabBar I beat the game and completed the deathwishes except my switch broke and I have to restart all progress. At the worst time. Ugh.

If they wish. As cheeky as it sounds I won't really go out of the way to ask them

can i hear the sounds of the birbs walking for 1 hour
Maybe, since you may record it and loop :p

I thought that sign said “Mafia of C*cks”
Do u know about the ice hat trick where u can freeze urself then no one can see u
Was that Madeline skin a mod, or did they add that to the main game?
It is mod dye, yeah
I have 48 time pieces where is it
I own a hat in time for the switch =D
but mine apear in 55 timepieces! how can u get this to apear in 45
It was before second dlc came out

(sorry I am Russian I can't tell english very well) CrabBar you cool! and your video cool too!
Uh- I have more then 45 hourglasses but I still don’t have the time rift
Is this a mod? Where do you find this?
I have 50 time pieces and it still won’t unlock
Idk if you have it now but you need a total of 56 time pieces
You need 55, the rift is the 56
a hat in time crashed when i was doing the rift :(
Now do the challenge with sound effects only
Mhm, the main challenge is to find a challenge?
I still hate the mafia for what they’ve done
How do I get this on switch?
I forgot, is Seal the Deal update out on the Switch yet?
If yes, then you need 45 time pieces (every single level complete) to access the orb in the attic
I did that except I still don’t have it
I got it I needed to complete ship shape and rock the boat again
Where is the rift?
In the attic, after you completed every other level (so 55 time pieces with both dlcs, less if some are missing)
CrabBar even rifts?
Yes
CrabBar thanks so much
