As a man that lives in Somerset, I've taken my child to the first farm which is a working farm that you can visit! Looks just like it!!

This is going to the best map ever. Looking forward to it to Dagg. I have about 300 hours on Calmsden. I think it time to move on……

i really hope you will do a somewhat realistic series on this fantastic map, and please dont go to big with the machinery. I would love a good old fashioned british cowfarm with ford and massey ferguson tractors, and some trailed forager action.
I was following your tour on Google Maps. The level of detail and realism in this map is outstanding. All the models and textures he has put into this map is amazing. Oxy is on a different level
How many people are as good at what they do as Oxy is at making FS maps! Just wow

I hope we never take it for granted that we have Oxy’s maps to play for free. I hope we always fully appreciate him and his maps for being works of art that have taken a tremendous amount of time and effort.
as someone whos not even from the uk i absolutely love this map already! and cant wait for it to come to all platforms. it gives me that old fs17 feel that me and probably alot of other people missed as well. and am definitely gonna play it as soon as it comes to ps4. again a big thanks to oxygendavid! for once again blowing the socks off of the fs modding community. and thanks to daggerwin for the map tour from texas. 🤠

This map was made for a Daggerwin 100 episode playthrough lol. Lets go! I've been waiting for the right map to start a small scale farm with opportunities for growth. This is that map! Plenty of free water all about as well. Wait, farmers working their fields?! Workers at the stores?Wind effects, working windmill, a castle? This map is a gem! Hope it hits the modhub soon!
That's a great map and appears to cater for small scale farming to large scale.

If you want to show off the castle, maybe have Peter take Wynn here as a farmers meeting
In the UK there is a car reg checker thing on the goverment website. So i thought for a laugh I would put in the reg plate of the gator. Turns out daggerwin was driving a Red Kia which is untaxed and has no mot. Hehe. Great video keep up the great work :)

I just love the amount of effort oxygen David puts into his maps
If Oxy's maps get any more realistic we'll think map tour videos are tours of the real area, actually feels like you're exploring a corner of England. Rabbits and new crops are a bonus as it's true what people say that the game does lack a little bit of depth of variety in crop and animal choices, so new ones are always welcome.
Can't wait to get hold of this so we can build the AutoDrive for it

It will, just hold your horses. Bugs will be found by PC guinea pigs, then it will be released.

Brilliant video daggerwin, and I can not thank oxygendavid enough for creating such a amazing map, I absolutely cannot wait to get my hands on it, I have been watching scrofts farmhand series and am now getting ideas on what I can do on it, mostly farm manager mod and buy a bit of land and small fields and use small and vintage equipment and once in set up okish then remove all but 10k from the bank so it isnt too easy
slightly freaked out when told sign for banwell = here a hint from a local do not take a tractor down thier :)
OMG I love the rabbits...lol. Amazing map, not usually into the English maps, especially driving on the oposite side of the road, but this will be an exception. Going to have to do a series on this map.

David’s maps are just the best and no one else gets near his quality
Wow, what a great map. From number plates to Windmills, all so very English for a nice change. You can guess where you are by standing anywhere. First farm did look very cluttered and a bit of a maze, which some might like. I'll have to visit them and find a neat one with access to smaller fields, then I will be in my element. Maybe the clutter can be cleared? Can we drive through hedges? Can't wait for you to play this little masterpiece. Worth the wait.

As always David keeps outdoing himself! This feels like another Sandy Bay type of map for me, where I spent a lot of hours on. One thing I found odd was how slow the doors open. Minimal issue but hopefully it can be changed.
Oxy does amazing work on all his map i cant wait for this to be out. Great Job Oxy

It's interesting to see the difference of the land and layout of UK farmland vs farmland here in Oklahoma in the US, I'm looking at some of the roads and farm tracts thinking that some of our machines wouldn't fit, or that is one absurdly large gator
I find it amusing/ridiculous that they have such tight lanes and especially the openings into the fields. Granted they use smaller equipment but some of those tight turns...Too much aggravation just getting into the field or the yard. I'd be tearing down some walls and hedges!

Daggerwin you were talking about detail. The houses you drove by you could see inside and the inside moved around as you drove past. Might mean you could enter some of those houses.

this map is awesome, been waiting for this myself. can't wait till it releases. would be good if you moved role-play over to this, you could integrate the move by saying you've been offered a deal you can't refuse on an a failed farming business, but it would require a move, I think that would be awesome.
That is just grant news that this maps in close to get out.
We have played the lovely north german/south danish "Ostseeküste" thin by now, and would be nice to have a awesome UK map aswell. :)

This map is beautiful and it gives me farm sim 17 lone oak vibes because the map is so beautiful and lone oak is to. Oxygen David is a fantastic modder and we need more maps like his.
i think you really miss out when you play with the sound off.. even just the ambient sounds are good, nevermind the sounds for all the custom stuff.
Giants would be hopping mad not to release this...... Wow Thanks Daggerwin for the tour and especially Oxygendavid or the creation.

If I had this game, I’d be happy driving around looking at the stunning countryside instead of actually playing it.
Please consider your Lets Play on another farm not the main. This will be such a popular map and everyone starts at the same farm. Great tour!

This would make a good map for the next competitive multiplayer, a lot of equal sized fields to start with and doesn't seem like a long drive to get to anything like it is on current multiplayer map.
Can see why you've been so excited for it to be released!
Or could use it for another series of survival roleplay with the amount kf detail on this map 😉😂
I'd say it's not really a competitive multiplayer map as that style of play would likely not showcase all the parts of the map, it would suit survival roleplay as there are plenty of places to enter and props but Daggerwin has already chosen the map for that, maybe Daggerwin could do a long series as a lets play but with some rp thrown in which would be more alive in the same way the map itself is, so maybe he throws in some stuff referencing the scenic things in the map in between doing the work.
Very nice can't wait till it reaches console.
