I swear the Gamerstate is a real thing. It usually happens when you're trying to beat a really hard boss in a game and have already lost to it a dozen or more times. You get up, take a break, get something to drink, maybe something to eat, use the bathroom. Come back and beat it without any issue.

This song to me symbolises so much more than just a fighting game boss fight, this song to me symbolises a conclusion to a storyline that began in 1994 and ended around 20 years later. A storyline that most tekken fans have experienced and even some fighting game fans may have even known of. A storyline that despite the crazy old b*stard finally being put to rest, still felt solemn when Kazuya finally inacted the revenge he sought for years and threw him into the volcano. Heihachi is simply one of the greatest Fighting Game Villains of all time and seeing him getting killed is sad in a way, I am honestly gonna miss all the crazy insane sh*t that man did 🤣
@Dancin Doge The fight between Jin vs Kazuya will definitely be one of the main fights. Although I feel that in some way such a fight should result in an eventual fight against the Devil entity, considering that Jin and Kazuya possess parts of said entity. What intrigues me is if there will be more people with that devil gene in the next title. Steve Fox was the only person who survived the program to create a synthetic gene in which he could host a devil entity. Who knows how they will approach that.
You can argue that the roles were flipped in this fight. Kazuya, becoming the evil that he saw his father. Heihachi, becoming the "good" that Kazuya once was. A man fighting to put down something that has been haunting him his entire life with the Devil Gene. A man that fully embraced his dark side to overcome his father, seemingly throwing his humanity behind. One last fight. Inside a fucking volcano.
Out of all the Tekken songs I have listened to over the years this song hits the hardest. I can't think of anything better that would fit the final showdown between Heihachi and Kazuya.

Somehow when i thought heihachi was pure evil, but at the same time he was broken afterall, since the incident of hachijo kazumi. But he also responsible for kazuya become evil.
See my problem with Tekken 8 is gonna be that this is the PERFECT ending for the series. The rivalry that the whole story has been about since day one, concluded at last in one big bombastic final showdown. Where do you go from there but down?
T7's outcome - The Decisive Battle that ends the Rivalry between Kazuya & Heihachi after about *3 or so generations & 6 games in it's series* have passed & following the close of T6 after Jin had gotten put into a coma from having beaten Azazel using his *full Devil Powers* within him & took out Lars (who prolly was half drained from battling his former partner/Waifu Cyborg Girl Alisa w/ Raven) also. T8's prologue - Jinpachi (who was deemed as deceased back in T5 was somehow revived in TT2 & placed behind the scenes to avoid breaking the 4th wall of the lore) concealed himself near that large lava pool just to save Heihachi at *the last moment* to avoid having him *erased off the plot* ...hence how he *survived The Volcano* battle to fight another day. (...also Harada LIED TO EVERYONE'S FACES to boot)
As GODLY as this finale is, I wished they didn't try to make Heihachi look like a "misguided hero". Mans was cartoonishly evil, and that was fine. Also it's weird they tried to make it so that Heihachi actually deeply cared about Kazuya. Which is just not true.
