I bought the M5 when it was on a kickstarter campaign and have regretted it ever since. I love Anker as a brand (that’s why I did their kickstarter), but their entry into 3d printing has been horrible. Glad to see you’re running some X1’s - I’m absolutely going with Bambu for my next purchase.

You're not suffering alone. My M5 was miles above my old cheap printers, but after buying a X1C I can't even look at the thing. I'd like to sell it, but I'd feel bad.

How are people still buying anker products after the disgusting Eufy débâcle?

Almost every company does this now, if you enter your phone number in and don't fully checkout. Super annoying.

Siboor did the same when I was checking out how pricy shipping would be for a Voron 0.2 kit from them. Very odd experience but I did appreciate their support regarding my purchase once I bought it

Yeah, it was very odd to get a call and text.
