    I have baked this cake in 8-inch pans (3 layers)
    For 4 layers you’ll need 6 to inch pans
    FOR THE CARROT CAKE:
    2 1/2 cups or 300 grams self-raising flour
    2 1/4 cups or 300 grams light brown sugar
    1 1/4 tsp or 5 grams baking powder
    1 tbsp or 8 grams ground cinnamon
    A pinch of salt
    1 1/4 cups or 200 ml oil
    1 zest of orange
    4 eggs
    3 cups or 350 grams shredded carrots
    1 1/2 cups or 133 grams chopped walnuts
    FOR THE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
    2 cups or 300 grams unsalted butter
    2 3/4 cup or 300 grams icing sugar
    2 cups or 400 grams cream cheese
    4 tbsp or 60 ml orange juice
    FOR PIPING THE CARROTS:
    Red, yellow and green food Colouring
