Your CAN bus address is on 00 u need to change to 1. When on 00 the router is on standalone and cannot be discovered by the controller for firmware update.
It's broken. RMA and factory repair will help. I have broken many Paviro shitboxes when volume override 24VDC gets into speaker line... It takes only one callout and router or controller is broken. There is no protectrion for this.
Installation error in speaker lines. 24V volume override is connected to speakerlines and it will kill something inside paviro. Plena and praesideo can handle this type of installation error but Paviro will die. Let's see how the newcomer Praesensa will handle these kind of human errors.
Waht is your can bus setting? factory default or did you run at a higher rate?
