Do you have recommendations for a higher top shoe for Pickleball providing more ankle support?

You could try the New Balance Coco CG1 shoes which are a mid-top court shoe for all surfaces, or even the Prince Phantom 1 shoes!

Are there any 4E options being made by any major brand you carry?

There are a not enough good pickleball shoe options that are officially designated as being a 4E. That said, I can accurately say, after wearing so many different pickleball, and tennis shoes, that not every D, 2E, or 4E offers the same fit/ width. Below is a thread leading to the New Balance MC 806 4E and the Skechers Viper Court Pro wide:

The K Swiss Hypercourt Express 2 wide, and the Skecher shoe I listed feel about as wide as the New Balance 4E 806.

As someone who wears a 2E (and sometimes a 4E) I liked the fit of the KSwiss Ultrashot 3. The upper in the toebox was forgiving enough for me where it wasn't pinching my toes, but the shoe was stable enough that I didn't think I was going to roll an ankle. I've also worn the New Balance 806 4E as Mark mentioned and those were really nice, highly recommend. There is not much love for us wide footed players, but hopefully vendors create more options in the future!

@@pickleballwarehouse some feedback I received on the forums assured me that all Skechers “Relaxed Fit” models, including the Viper Court Pro, are designed with narrow heel and wide toebox in mind, making the medium version much roomier to start with. That’s what I’ve purchased. I have some confidence that if it isn’t exactly right there is still a wide model I can then turn to for that “just right” fit. Thank you for such a thorough answer.
