Thanks for braving that cold weather for this video, dude. I was out there 6 in the morning shoveling snow, and I dont get along with cold weather. So I totally understand. Don't want you losing digits out there. Thanks once again for this great video. Happy Rail Fanning!
Although originally from Rye and now it's actually Manhattan resident we vacations in Wolfeboro New Hampshire for 30 years that's nothing I've skied and ice fish and minus 30 degrees it's no big thing. And commuted at 5:30 in the morning to Grand Central terminal.
Every single Metro North train travels over the Park Ave viaduct and passes through the Harlem 125 street station. Trains depart Grand Central every 58 seconds during the evening rush hour. Metro North is currently rebuilding the viaduct because it’s in really bad shape.
(6:32) I was looking really closely at that New Haven Line train. Was that running on the hudson line? I oversaw the sign that said "Croton Harmon" and that station is along the Hudson Line.
Haha to be fair, I spent most of my time camping in the stairwells or on-platform closed-shelters. New Hyde Park doesn't really have those, so you have me beat there. My fingers were literally dying after only about 2 and a half min of continuous filming, which is why most of the individual clips here are shorter than that lol.

The New Haven units are, by far, my favorites.
Always wanted to see that station, looks very busy! Nice video!

Hopefully you arent frozen!
I had a feeling, by the end of 2017, that the M2s are still running by Early 2018
Some of the m2s are not gone there are 28 m2s witch is they are going to keep them. For a while
Until 2024 just like. The. Little m3s metro North. M3as Incase the m7 or m8s. M7as on long island. Rail road metro North rail road
Brake down

Nice I rode through Harlem Dec 30th 2017 on a train
When are the M2's being taken out of service?
By this year
The blue stripe makes it look like an old pregoh train
The blue strip is the Harlem Line. The red strips are the New Haven line. The trains with no strips are the Hudson line.
6:32 "this is your 7:50:7:55 AM peak to Croton Harmon."
