Before you encounter them you have to turn off your autosave and save manually so if you use all your pokeballs you can just rejoin and it will still be there
And if you accidentally kill the legendary Pokemon that you really want you can save before fighting it so if you accidentally kill it, you can rejoin the game you can get it "first try" again

I found Tornadus in route 8,but I was not able to catch it as I just got back from trading eevee eggs and travel pass route 8 and found Tornadus and I only had one Eevee because one of the eggs hatched and the Eevee die to Tornadus
I caught tornadus yesterday, I was in old sredia looking for dunsparce then I hear legendary music, it was tornadus. I only had 5 pokeballs, so I used 4 of them, then it was my last one, I caught it. Very clutch.

go to cragnos cliffs go to the guy in the black suit get a pokemon with rock climb then climb down and start fishing and keep catching chunchulos I advise getting a pokemon with compound eyes and frisk and use good rod
