It only works on it's confined form which is psychic/ghost type. The hoopa you battle at the endgame is it's unbound form which is a dark/psychic and is immune to hypnosis

Unless you didn't turn on autosave before the battle, then you might be able to get it again when you rejoin. But if you did, you can find it again as a roaming pokemon in the wild. It's really rare thiugh

He can be found anywhere, but it's a really small chance as if you were to find a legendary in the wild. Next time I suggest you to turn off autosave and save before battling a legendary. So if u happen to not catch it, you'll still be able to rejoin the game and battle it again
You're supposed to catch the Pokémon with the items, then take the item from them by putting the Pokémon into your team and going to your bag/inventory, then click on the item next to the pokemon. Compound eyes just increases the chance of finding an item on a pokemon
there is no specific thing you need to use to get them other than pokeballs but some of these mythics can only be obtained in the wild or from triggered encounters in different areas in roria so you will have to progress through the story first if you want to catch some

It only spawns at nighttime. If you did all the steps to summon it (typing in chat) and it still doesn't appear, that means you probably already did it and accidentally killed it before. Then you can only find it in the wild
Can you make a video on how to catch pokemon Latias, I just found it last night but I use Poke Ball, Great Ball, Ultra Ball and Premier Ball. Why can't that be?
@@bloxilistic I did as I did, hit it with a little blood and caught it. Latias is a very difficult pokemon when it has Recover, now I wear Snorlax but it doesn't come out. Latias is all another legend, see me miserable. I caught it 2nd time but can't catch

Legendaries have a really low catch rate, you'll have to damage them a little or maybe paralyze and put them to sleep to get a better chance
