  • 24-year-old Nigerian Nkechukwu Ike-eze has poured all his savings into betting. But where did it get him and what's his story?
Across Africa, many young people believe sports betting is a quick fix to their money problems. In Nigeria alone, there are over 100 betting companies making millions! Governments needs to literally place a 60% tax on gambling companies, with the condition of "Pay the tax or leave" because society can definitely do without these companies, the provide more problems that benefits in my view.

The african continent is the last frontier for betting companies. Especially online, since a large amount of young africans are smart phones users. Most governments enable it, get grease money too.
