I have designed home and professional theatres and here's some tips Tj:
- having carpet or a rug on the floor will make a bigger difference than the acoustic panels only on *one* part of the wall.
- leather seating and posters (pictures) will bounce sound more than the wall, so it is advised to either keep them as paper texture or not have them at all
- acoustic panels are best when used on all walls with carpet/rug and acoustic panels on the ceiling. judging from experience, you have too much on that one wall and would be better off just spreading all that around the room at a middle height of the walls(if that's all your going to buy). though buying more is the best solution.
- having walls in a wavy design instead of just a normal flat design also reduces the echo(but this is very hard to do)

You need to reface the white ones to match the new ones. Then also get a couple wheeled cabinets that can go on the wall area where you have your air compressor, so it fills in that dead space you could also put up a free floating aluminum counter top that goes the whole walls length right under the window, you can use that space for new merch boxes coming in and going out. Just a thought TJ. It does look stunning even if you don't like my ideas. You otherwise could hang some super oversized artwork on the garage walls, which would also work with the countertop idea...
Get one of the wall mounted vaccuums where you just pull the hose out and it collects on the wall in a bug bucket.

TJ, I’m a certified Texas police firearms instructor and would suggest that you keep your ammo and gun safe inside the house where it is climate controlled. The drastic change in temperature and humidity inside a garage can change the properties of the gunpowder; making it unsafe to shoot and possibly changing the reliability of its ignition. Also, it will be harder to steal if, God forbid, somebody breaks into your garage. Garage looks amazing!

You need some bass traps for the corners of your gaming room. You should also put a sound diffuser on the ceiling.

Ceramic Coat the aluminum workbench in the garage. It'll help keep fingerprints and oil off it.

U need industrial sound panels on garrage. Its make feel so much more high quality room. Dont even need much to get rid of high tone echoes.

When it comes to soundboard you really only need it in the corners for echo control. It does look good when you put it all over, but from a trying to stop sound stand point put it in the edges of the corners. Think about where sound is coming from and bouncing to in the room.
Put some carpets on the office floor. They help minimize the echoing. The garage is lit
You should 100% keep your safe and ammo inside so it's climate and temp controlled. Especially for the ammo.

Pro tip: use some hockey pucks to raise that safe off of the ground. That's what was recommended to me when I bought mine.

Teej theres clear vinyl films that you can put over the stainless steel counter top, too keep it from scratching and looking clean
you might want to get some custom fitted mats or trays for the shelfs where the car products are so if they leak or put back wet they will not destroy the wood.

Heya TJ. Just a thought but I think that you should look into a flammable storage cabinet for things like your race fuel bottles and other volatile chemicals. To store them in a wooden cabinet attached directly to the wall is not necessarily the best idea long term.
What a counterintuitive setup that totally limits space also needs some real high bay fixtures
Yo Teej get a rubber mat with an adhesive backing for the work bench so it's quieter, doesn't get hand prints, and stuff doesn't slide around on it

Tj why don’t your use ppf on the work top in the garage, I’ve done it and it works fine and if your scratch it then it’s easy to replace with another peace and it doesn’t damage your worktop👍🏼let me know if this is any good

You're getting standing waves in that office because of the squared up walls. If you add a few more absorption panels on the opposite wall, it will make a big difference. A rug would also help out a lot since sound bounces off of the ceiling and the floor as well.
