"Shut Up" Basic Sales 101 and good life experience. In the sales trenches we say "He/She who speaks first, loses". Lots of simple stuff attaches to this well. "You have one mouth and two ears, use them in that ratio." "How can you fill their need if you don't listen to why they are talking to you" " Selling isn't about you". In particular, in a selling environment and you ask a good question, especially a closing question, you must then SHUT UP and listen for that answer you worked hard for!
