Great video and I love to see young families getting out there. Our family are all married with there own very young families now. They all talk about the great family trips & Holidays. It has been a long time since I have been there and will have to go back
Great video...hope Larissa is feeling better...also great job to Hayley...she is daddys girl...I was the same with my Dad...nice yabby catching Joe...Adam you have a lovely family ☺️ 👍
The door fly screen. How you made it. And how it fitted to the interior roof rail. The hang looks great with fitting close to canvas wall and dropping. It looks like it works well. And change change the screen easy. I love the camper. Been doing lots of work on it. I liked this video. Russell
Sundown is one of my favourite destinations, as well as Girraween, I've been to both many times over the years. Did you drive down to Rat's Castle, I've heard Nat Parks closed the track a while back. I've driven down there in the past, In fact the track originally accessed right through to the western entrance. Great place, as always fantastic Vlog
Full dry tip for letting air out of your tyres with a trailer. To have the same footprint let's say 20 on the front 25 on the rear tyres. Grab two sticks and put them one in front and one behind on a tyre and measure the footprint which is the overall length. If your length says 350ml footprint unique get your trailer and do exactly the same thing. Even if your trailer says it's got 10 psi your footprint should still be the same as your rear tyres 350ml. Now you have all 6 tyres running the same footprint and it makes for better fuel economy because you're not dragging a trailer. If the speed limit says 80 km or 100km you slow your speed down 2 roughly 60 or 70 depending on how much air is let out and definitely slow down for corners it might seem ridiculous but it will save injuries and damage.
Allways a joy watching you guys make memories together , brings a smile to my dial . Take care of the ankle ya did well to keep the smile going. Cheers from 2 west aussies in Saudi xx
Yeah she's saving everything for a troopy and wants to travel Australia with our dog. What a great plan she has. Larissa is on crouches with 2 torn ligaments! Thanks for the support 👍
Great video again it,s too see you,re teaching Haley to drive the Patrol and hopefully Joe will do the same , when i was 13 i drove a mini moke in the NT while on holidays it was the best way to learn, keep it up.
Yeah she's fantastic and will be a great driver later because of it. I remember dad taking me for my first lesson, in the work truck, 14 years old and loving it, despite not being strong enough to turn full lock with no power steering 🤣
I hope Larissa's ankle heals quickly. I was up in the Northern Rivers of NSW around when you would have been filming this so I know about all that rain.😟 Sundown NP looks like a great place. I'll certainly check it out after seeing this video. And great job learning to take the wheel, Hayley. 🙂
good stuff guys. Well it was good to watch, not much good for you guys it looked like. I could see Larissa hurting at the end so i hope the ankle wasnt too bad and is on the mend now. I enjoyed the rostiis chook, one of my favourite camp cooking delights as well as a roast pork. See you next time.
Second driving tip with your four-wheel drive. When you have free wheeling hubs leave them connected turned on. Your diff is still open and will only engage when you press the button or lever to engage 4WD and only then your front diff will start working. And if you have diff locks they only come on when you press the button unless you have a Detroit Locker then your front disc is locked if you lock in your hubs. And looking your free wheeling hubs is not going to use extra fuel that is a complete myth it's only when you engage on your dash four-wheel drive and if you are on a dirt road doing 60 80 or 100 kilometres an hour lock your vehicle in 4WD high range you will have more control.
Yeah Mark, I'm trying to find time to do something similar, but finding it very difficult to plan out especially with everything else we have going on right now. Hopefully soon as I take a step back from youtube
Hi,love your videos ,entertaining and informative. Look up Anica Montana for soft tissue damage such as sprains and torn muscles etc. Make sure to find a good brand with under the tongue spray plus lotion. It has saved me days of pain and I healed a lot quicker while away driving trucks. It is a natural based product, great first aid.

Yeah she's a natural and been behind the wheel since 18 months, now she's able to reach the pedals it's so much fun. 😁
Awesome spot. Living the dream sitting back with a good drink
Yeah nothing better than sitting back, listening to the rain and pondering the world
Great to see the GQ tackling some tough tracks! Heal up on those torn ligaments Larissa.

@@GoingOverland bummer mate..thats a longer term thing..give her our brst pls Adam.
Just seen a video get out there. He used 3m red tape. Over his lights to give a low red colour light for insects
That's a great idea, not really keen on fixing new lights and drill more holes if I don't have. That's a great solution 👍
We went on Sept 23, we must have just missed you I reckon.
