EasyJet's founder, Stelios Yoanu, has so many "easy" businesses; it's like he's trying to make life easier for all of us, one venture at a time!
Great Video. Thank you! Relying on data that helps business optimization was mentioned. I found that part interesting but it is a bit vague so could you share more about that or any example?
What recommendations can you give for easyjet to rise back after this crisis
Nice work !
Great video as always.

£9.95 for the ticket, But £150.00 for the gate pass.
Did Ryanair not created this model ten years earlier?
Interestingly Ryanair did not start as a low cost airline. They were the opposite. They completely changed strategy a few years later after checking how Southwest was doing and became yet more radical in terms of low cost. They started doing low cost maybe a year or 2 before EasyJet was founded
@@BusinessDisruptors I certainly can't speak with any degree of knowledge generally, but I do remember here in Ireland, that suddenly Ryanair presented us with a way of flying to the UK (London really) that wasn't equivalent to a week's salary. Great video.👍
@@briancd37 Indeed in Europe they started low-cost first
On a 90 minute flight who needs an inflight meal and a 90 minute movie? Easyjet isn't always the cheapest, sometimes a national airline can be cheaper, always do your research before booking
I'm fortune enough to afford not travelling with Easyjet, not even with work. But I understand people that fly with them.
Copy pasting the Ryanair business model = disruption
Actually, they both copied Southwest to start with. Ryanair changed their whole business model to low cost only after visiting Southwest, and EasyJet did the same in pretty much the same timeframe. Then however they went yet different routes
@@BusinessDisruptors Southwest was able to make headway into the nationwide US market due to aggressive long term fuel hedging. It gave them a huge advantage on the low cost side for decades, especially in the 90s/00s.
Ryanair are way bigger bro!
