The reason is Texas’ deregulated energy market.” You removed the accountability for profit. CenterPoint is trash but Abbott and other state representatives are trying to throw them under the bus for this response. A response caused by their policies.

My cousin who has diabetes and heart condition has been doing poorly not having AC. When speak with her, she can barely talk. Ridiculous. Hasn’t been a week now?? 😡😡😡😡
I find it rich talking about people dying while most of our Texas prisons don’t have AC at all ON any day. With no air circulatio, no windows. This is inhumane for not only prisoners, but employees as well, and they wonder why they can’t get people to work there. 😔😔😔😡👺
We are missing former judge Ed Emmett. He was on top of every emergency for many years and it is a shame we are left with a totally incapable replacement.
