Thanks buddy! I picked up a few good ones on the 1- crank bait that same day this video was filmed. That one will probably come out in a few weeks. This time of the year is my absolute favorite for bass fishing. Show us what some of those TX stud bass look like soon. They should be fat about now.
I like the old classic Blue Fox Spinnerbait that had a trailer hook. Chartuse was King. Unfortunately Blue Fox has Discontinued their Classic Spinnerbait. At the time is was the best. I caught plenty of Bass with that Spinnerbait.
After some tinkering and few bad words the baits now work as they should.Simply that the front spinner is a fraction too small.Replaced with a slightly bigger Hawg Caller blade and they now run perfect ! This is only the 1/4 oz bait.Dont know about the heavier ones. They may be fine but the 1/4 are not up to Hank standards.
I just received 2 of the 1/4 oz model. The front spinner does not spin properly. Tried adjustments. No luck.Dissapointing for 9.99 and returns.Wont buy another.
Hate to hear that, that front blade should just be a Colorado blade on a clevis. The only issue I could see stopping that from spinning would be if the holes in the clevis were too small. Maybe reach out to HP bait shop and they can send you some new ones.
@Eightmile_Drifter Thank you.Its 2 baits ,same issue.Clevis on both seem to spin freely on shaft.I removed plastic sleeve to reposition the front blade.Tiny bit better but far from normal.Blade is not backwards.Checked that.Lost my last Manns last week.I haze it.They were great. They say no returns but might ask anyway. Thanks for your interest.
I love those Indiana blades! Everything is willow leaf now!
I agree, willow leaf doesn’t thump enough for my liking.
Big fan of Manns crankbaits too. You picked up some solid ones on the spinner. Nice job!

Nice video! Looks like a great improvement. That spot you fished looks 🔥🔥
Thanks, it’s a pretty good spinnerbait hopefully as good as the original. It’s a small swamp lake a little bit North.
Best spinnerbait of all time
Absolutely, have not found a better all round spinnerbait.

I don’t think I’ve ever thrown a blue fox that wasn’t an inline. I may have to try to find some of those on eBay. Thanks for the tip.
Catching fish left and right on that !!
They are great baits!

Awesome glad you got it fixed, hope you catch a bunch on em!

The old Hank Parker spinner bait caught a lot of fish but the light wire was easy to break .
That’s very true, it wasn’t such a big deal when they cost less but these days it can add up quick when you get into bigger fish.
