My low budget strat right now is to buy big quantities of cheap cards that are like $40-$60 in a 10, grade the ones I think are clean, and hold the rest as investments. Like a .50 popular mon, like gengar, or the Kanto starters. Hopvully one day I can sell the ones I didn't grade for like $5 or something.
The low budget strategy is golden. Once you feel good with it, then scale it. I like going after lower budget cards to grade because you will have a larger buyer pool. Thanks for watching.
Another great video. I’ve been a collector of hot wheels and Pokémon for a long time. I am currently running a new eBay selling site and the tips you’ve given are really helping me.
Good info, thanks for the knowledge.i use pokedata just to check out a cards raw price, also want to send some cards to grade but i dont have many good cards yet.
@@misajsan Pokedata is such a great site for a quick resource. Just take your time collecting up some cards that would be worth grading, that’s my favorite part. Thanks for watching.
@@Legendary_Cardboardhow is your experience with buying from TCGPlayer and not being able to see pictures? I’m hesitant to buy from there because I can’t see the card.
Great information and love the transparency talking about fees.
Seems most videos about grading just completely gloss by the actual price of grading. Thanks for watching.
@ couldn’t agree more. 💯
Starting up a 2 year slow build plan , i like your videos man appreciate the honest advice
@@joeycrack3135 enjoy the process, it’s a lot of fun starting up. Glad to hear you are enjoying the videos. Thanks for watching.
Epic video! Especially the pop report on the PSA website. I haven't seen anything about this before. I'm a big data guy, that makes me feel great.
@@AlexBoib digging into the data and numbers is one of my favorite things to do. Glad you enjoyed and thanks for watching.

Where do you source your cards for grading ?
Great question, and I need to do a quick video showing how I actually source. My main platforms for sourcing are eBay and TCGPlayer.

It's hit or miss sometimes. It can be very annoying at times when cards show up and are not what you would call near mint.
GameStop here is 15.99 a card, free shipping, and free insurance. Is this the same everywhere?
So it looks like it's only free shipping for Pro Members, otherwise it's $4.99. It also appears to be the same at all locations. Thanks for watching.
