  • Hey All! This is the first in a little set of grounding exercises I will be posting here over the next few months. This first one is called "dropping anchor" and uses your body as a focus. These are key in dealing with strong emotional personal events and are skills that should be practiced in order for you to naturally fall back onto them for help with challenging situations. It is short, sweet and to the point and something you can try right now.
