Good day! I am just concerned about the answer that i got with the tangential deviation of A wrt the tangent line of B. Is 1558/EI the right answer there?
Chekaypuso panget hello! Sorry for the mistake in solution but the correct answer is still 1547.2/EI. It can be obtained using the area*moment of the big triangle, small triangle, rectangle, and spandrel respectively. Or 198(4) + 72(8) + 48(6+4/3) -36(6-1.2) = 1547.2

Does it mean sir Yung reason na Hindi NYU po nisolve Ang rotation Jan sa c, is because area moment method is not applicable, base lang sa napansin ko sa ibang vedii nyo na ginamitan NYU nang conjugate
Kase po pag gagawa tayo ng moment diagram from “right to left” mababaligtad lahat ng sign convention. Upwards ay negative, downwards ay positive. In this case counterclockwise is positive, instead of negative (kung gagawin naten from “right to left”)
Siguro po ay palitan mo nalang po yung sign ng positive 18kNm sa equation ng Summation of Moment at A. Nag kamali po ata ng paglagay ng sign sa board si sir. 😁 For me lang po.
Rbx po ata dapat un kasi sa point B po ung pin support, pero same lang naman na zero..
