AirAsia is a terrible airline! Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok

I fly from Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Malaysia to Bangkok Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok on AirAsia. It showed what a crappy airline AirAsia really is.
And when I say crappy I don't mean the flight itself (which was quite uneventful) or the check in process or anything. It's their truly atrocious and abysmal customer service.
AirAsia, I don't like you very much!
