Your English perfect just the way it is, some people just can't handle hearing different accents, just because y'all are accustomed to hearing European accents doesn't mean that you should hate on other people.
Js your accent is fine, I often find that people who say things like that are just refusing to be open to other accents that aren't as similar to their own as possible. Yours is perfectly fine and easy to understand, any one saying otherwise is close-minded, and if they're from your country then even worse as it suggests a disconnect from/hate for their mother tongue. She's learning and trying. I can barely understand english from listening and even I was able to understand her. Staying quiet only to not making mistakes doesn't make sense, people need to speak outloud for learning and getting better. If someone has something to say, they sould say it no matter how. That's the point of talking, not everything is "respecting the language". Also, accents are beautiful.
