Thank God for the PT lady knowing her stuff. It may not feel like it with everything that is going on right now but you are blessed! You and I are cut from a very similar cloth; from life style of choice to the aversion to pain meds (they also make me violently ill), to even a freaking chest injury, though not as major as yours but enough to understand the want to exercise your way into healing it. I know we are complete strangers but I definitely feel a kinship to you that leads me to believe that we would be homies IRL. I shed tears with you and gave you the biggest air hug evah! And, I will be carrying you with me over the coming days! You've got this!!!!

That's one of the things I love most about creating content is that I can essentially create friendships with like minded people, even tho I will likely never meet them in real life
