Wow! This is the kind of son I want to see. Not one that clings to the mistress and abuses his mother. This one played the snake in the grass game with the people who broke his mother’s heart. Although he seemed way more mature than a normal child it’s awesome the retribution he dishes out 👏👏
Does this child look like his father? The coldest personality & strong young man, he never attached to her mom. He knows his father is doing wrong; he wants his mom to be free. He knows her mom didn't abandon him, he is a smart guy who can go to her mom's arm again.
wow wow wow! The twist in this story is really WONDERFUL. It shows that true love is unconditional. So refreshing to see how much the son loved his mom. I love this story, please do more like these. Like all the cheating stories, it's no fun lying and cheating when there's no one to cheat on. Wife left and scumbag and bch fizzled out.
Reminds me of another story I listened to on here. The cheating husband and his Mistress manipulated the son from a young age, feeding him lies about his mom being a bad person. Naturally he clung onto the ‘kind lady’ his father had introduced him to and abandoned the mother he was made to believe hated him. Many years went by with the mom taking her life and the son starting college. While visiting for the holidays the son overheard his dad and now stepmom bragging about how easy is it was to destroy the mom’s life. How they got her only son to abandon her by feeding him so many lies, and then even gloating about making her take her own life. Obviously the son was devastated by all of this information and ran out of the house. Later that night he was hit by a car and transported back in time with all his memories attached of his previous life. In his second life he fought tooth and nail to protect his mom from the bad people, and exposed his father and his Mistress’s evil plans to anyone that would listen. 😭 His mom got pretty much everything in the divorce plus RO’s against the cheating Ex-Husband and his mistress. She ended up moving away with her son where she was eventually able to find love again with someone who genuinely deserved it. I think she even gave birth to twin girls who the son watched over fondly.
This was hands down my fav short love story. I loved the plot twist and the fact that both mom and son loved one another so much they were willing to do anything for the happiness of other. I really wish there was the pov of her son Henry so we could see how the dad tried to brainwash him, to see when he decided to give his mom up for her to find happiness. All these stories usually portray children as selfish and cold hearted and unwilling to do anything that doesnt benefit them. Henry pushed her away and didnt come back until his dad died. He refused to allow his dad to use him as a pawn, and the way he protected and got vengence for his mom.. I would love for the writer to give Henry his own love story😊😢😍😭🙏
😌💁🏻♀️I figured the kid was intentionally pushing her away. Because of his comments & the timing in which he chose to latch out. But FL was too hurt, & had little strength, confidence & self-love, to have noticed her sons REAL intentions. I think deep down she realized it, after finding out who "baby" was. But didn't want to delude herself & have HOPE. Just to be mocked & hurt all over again, if she was wrong. She became more open to the idea, & allowed herself to HOPE AGAIN. When she saw his protectiveness & love of her, on her wedding day. I doubt she even asked Henry if her fears about the cold change he made as a child, were true. Given how he did a 180 again, but in a POSITIVE way. Only AFTER she was happy, healthy, & in no way at the mercy of George. 😅The kid is as twisted as his father, but is ultimately a good & protective son😌🤷🏻♀️. He did EVERYTHING, including forsaking his humanity to avenge his mom. In order to protect & provide for the women that gave him life & unconditional love 💕😓 . George was a dummy, who had no clue WTH he really wanted😑🙄. Why should his wife accept his ex? & why would he think that using their son to convince her, was a decent or smart idea ?🙄🤦🏻♀️😑 He didn't even glance back at the b*tch after the FL left his unreliable ass. Because the reality is that he was a narcissistic & cocky asshole, that only ever loved HIMSELF. He only saved the ex, because he wanted to SHOW-OFF in front of the ex, & prove to his wife that HE could make sacrifices & save a life TOO. But mostly to inflate his Superman "me a manly man, & a catch" complex🤮. The idiot showed how little he cared about others, by not even considering that his wife could've died🤬. It's clear he didn't realize his stupidity & selfishness, until AFTER the Fl pointed it out😒. He was only thinking of wanting his ex to be in awe of HIM as HER life savior, in order to rekindle his youthful vigor. Because he developed an inferiority complex, after his wife saved him. He felt resentment towards her, because he HAD to feel indebted to her for saving his life. His male ego was so hurt, that the dummy did t want to accept that he actually "LOVED" her. George was too cocky & thought that no matter what he did (even bring an ex back into his life, & save her over his wife), that the FL would NEVER leave him. Seeing as how she had decisively forsake'd HER life, because of how much "she loved him"🙄🤦🏻♀️.
This was a lovely but sad story. Thought, at first, it was following the spoilt, ungrateful son trope (which I find thoroughly disgusting). Was ever so glad to find out I was terribly wrong. Thank you for this wonderful, selfless little boy who brought tears to my eyes.
Kids who are being abused are helpless and often will side with their abuser in an unconscious (in other words, they don't even realized they're doing it) attempt to save themselves from harm. Children have so little control over their lives and circumstances. That's why when I hear these stories I never think harshly of the kids. They still have a chance to grow older and fully mature. Your brain doesn't even fully develop until you're in your twenties. I like that this story showed a twist on the "kid sides with the mistress" trope, but like the Mom in this story, I'd never blame a kid for being influenced by a bad person.
Right?! This was so refreshing! I hate when they have the FL hold a grudge against a small child! I read one where the child only liked the mistress because she gave him candy and toys. He was 5! That makes sense to a five year old but the mother held it against him for the rest of his life. And the readers are suppose to find that empowering?! Ridiculous!
First time in all of the ones I've listened to that we finally met a son who actually loved his mother even though he didn't go with her he sacrificed from a young age to make her happy
I have to say this story was so satisfying especially the child character. Most of these characters I find heartless to the children most kids say hurtful things but I really don’t understand how the parents can just abandon them for it. Especially when they are under the age of 8 or younger.
Wow. To repay the FL for saving his life, he used her feelings to tie her to his side, forced her to give up ALL her dreams, and proceeded to BLAME her for all of it. While she had been prepared to do her own thing and hadn't asked him for anything.
Thank you! Finally a mother who recognizes that a 5-year-old ican't be expected to understand that the "fun aunt" is hurting mommy and a mother who is capable of understanding that *of course* a 5-year-old is going to go running to the "fun aunt" who never disciplined him over the caring, steady mommy who was always there anyway. Which is not to say that children cannot be turned against caring parents, but it definitely isn't yet set in stone at 5 unless the kid has major mental issues. Guarantee you that of she had abandoned Henry just because he went running to meet the "fun aunt" and didn't realize how much danger mommy was in, Henry would truly have been turned against her and she would have deserved it. Although, honestly, still not entirely believable that a 5-year-old would have as much emotional maturity as Henry showed in trying to save his mom. Maybe if he were 9+ it would be more believable all around.
Her son is so mature at that young age? He acts cold but he helps her mom in the back, he uses his own way to protect his mom. He pushed her mom away, he wanted revenge on his father's mistress because her mother was suffering. He is already planning this revenge when he is young, that was why he didn't go with her mom and act cold to her.
Henry is such a sweetheart! Unlike his scumbag of a father, who saw Stacy as an object that belonged to him, their son decided to let her go and find true happiness before going after her once things were settled with his father alongside doing everything he can to continuously make her happy behind the scenes all while his father slowly dies of illness.
I do not see how what a 5-year-old kid says can affect my decisions regarding my relationships. And I will never be able to bear being away from my child for 5 years. That's pure nonsense.
I'm mexican. If my son speaks to me like that son does to her he would get a spanking. He will never speak that way again. We don't give a f*ck if it's against the law. We teach them always respect your parents.
Tolice!
So I find it really interesting in all these stories that the husband needs to maintain honour, wants the wife from the rich family and cheats on the spouse because they totally make a mockery of marriage in every way and don’t remain faithful to their spouse. Why have such a facade? It shows how weak they are that they now Romanian and society pressure and don’t remain true to themselves and marry for love. It is marriage, not a business arrangement. So archaic. What a big job for Henry. An old soul.
I am curious, do you ghost writers or an AI generative writer? Which one? Why did the FMC attacking her own son? Has she always abused him or is he only mimicking his father and wouldn't it be better for her to save him from being raised by those two horrible people? At his age, he is only repeating what he was coached to say by his father. Also ten month pregnancies are gorillas.
Wow! This is the kind of son I want to see. Not one that clings to the mistress and abuses his mother. This one played the snake in the grass game with the people who broke his mother’s heart. Although he seemed way more mature than a normal child it’s awesome the retribution he dishes out 👏👏
Poor child did his best at such young age to save her from future suffering
Does this child look like his father? The coldest personality & strong young man, he never attached to her mom. He knows his father is doing wrong; he wants his mom to be free. He knows her mom didn't abandon him, he is a smart guy who can go to her mom's arm again.
😂😂😂😂😂
To go against your own heart, just to protect your mothers heart? That take a lot of internal strength of character. 😊
Finally a breath of fresh air, this is the type of son I wanted compared to stories I had read so far😊
Yeah , maybe I’ve read and listened that story that you’ve talking . 😢
wow wow wow!
That poor child had to go through fire and brimstone just to protect his mom what a strong boy i hope he and his mom will live happier than ever

What's the story
I really want to listen to the whole story now!!

I feel so bad for Henry, george was an ass, wish stacy and henry had an happy ending and she could see how much her son did for her.
She did realize how much her son loves her. She even explained it.
@HeatherG0707 I know that, I said I wish she knew the things he did for her like the way he kept his father away from her and also destroyed Regina.

Henry is the GOAT. He played the long game to protect his Mom! I love this story!

The end brought me to tears. Was expecting the typical father/son cruelty and regret story, but this was thankfully different.
Great plot twist, bravo writers 🎉
Great story!!❤❤

George: "but you lost her too"
He IS and WILL be forever her son. Meanwhile, you are her discarded ex-husband! Jokes on you! 😈
Good story. I like the plot about the son.
Finally, one where the child isn't a budding sociopath. ...Not toward his mother, anyway.
I feel sorry for Henry. He is smart but sacrificed so much.
Thank-You for the good story ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
inherited the coldness of the father and the heart of the mother👍🏻

Plot twist : The son's pov 😮
That was definitely a twist on this theme!
Not normal children character
We need part 2!
The son loved his mom so much that he pushed her away.
Damm I almost had the wrong idea about Henry, he just wanted his mom to find happiness
Good bad son 😭😭😭😭
💜💜
Oh my god. The son is the best .
I do not see how what a 5-year-old kid says can affect my decisions regarding my relationships. And I will never be able to bear being away from my child for 5 years. That's pure nonsense.
The son chooses a new path for her mother even if i cause him his childhood because his love for his mother such a tragic path
That ex husband is insane and selfish
Nice story... but I feel really bad for Henry.. as a child he had to sacrifice his mother's love for her happiness...
The son is a saint

Provided the parents respect the son/daughter; if not, then the respect is useless.
Poor henry he sacrificed alot for the sake of her mother

What a plot twist
An unusual twisted plot… but not my cup of tea
The dad is the worse love you Henry

The child doesn't deserve that
Karma is sweet 😂
That kid is selfless
Bro is five, why are you trusting a child who says they don’t need you?? Like that’s a baby.
Wow the main lady sounds awful.

Henry the hero

I'm sorry but I'm sure there are plenty of ways to defend your mom without the insults and mockery.
A five year old speaking like an adult is disgusting
I don't like these stories with children, unpleasant and unrealistic
