The truth of the matter is Carrie always wanted Doug to be something that he’s not… the shows’ theme song is Doug in a nutshell… He was good with a simple life, Carrie on the other hand was not. She couldn’t stand his parents when her father LIVED with them. The show is funny, because it’s so relatable…
