This episode is from the 18 years ago that’s Kevin James, real life wife she was pregnant in this episode and his daughter just went off to college and she’s turning 18 in a couple of weeks.

Just typical Carrie acting toxic and getting surprised when people don’t want her Around.
No. That nail salon lady was being unreasonably mean and flat out cruel. It’s a private establishment. If she doesn’t want to see a person as her client anymore then she can just say so outright. It’s just underhanded and asshole move of a person to wait the second for Carrie to leave and to have another worker offer Holly service as long as she keeps a secret from her own friend.
Nonetheless Carrie came and actually admitted to everything she was accused of, apologized, and even came with a gift. Sure Carrie came for selfish reasons but she was honest and even basically said she’d keep her mouth shut entirely to not cause any issue and just receive service without saying a word. That’s big for someone who demands everything and complains and nitpicks about every little thing.
Instead the person took her gift for a sham baby when she should have refused taking the gift. When Carrie literally called herself a bitch, that worker needed to beat a dead horse by telling her that being called a “Carrie” at the nail salon is the equivalent to “bitch”. Still Carrie admittedly took that insult well.
What the nail salon lady should have done was refuse the gift, be honest, accept Carries apology, and nonetheless refuse her further service. Being a mature working adult. All Carrie did was take back her gift, state she’ll simply go to other nail salons who would be happy to take her which is true for generally any new customer and if Carrie treats them with respect, then it’s only fair they’d continue to take Carrie. That and she throw out her gift in their trash can.
Instead this worker despite having her client leave in relatively civil terms despite everything that transpired, decided to make an unnecessary and cruel move to blacklist Carrie from every other nearby and decent nail salon. This worker has nothing to gain from doing this besides knowing that Carrie will suffer from this.
Carrie is not a saint. She was a bad client. She could have simply been refused service in an honest manner. She wasn’t even saying anything derogatory, yelling, or being toxic. Just surprisingly apologetic and humble. Carrie came back to get what she wanted a second time to make things right and when denied simply left in a civil manner despite all the crap she received. Simply announcing other places will be happy to take her and she’ll go to them. Everything Carrie did not warrant all the deceit, rudeness, and blacklisting.
Even in the real world if you’re a professional you should tell it as it is and don’t get petty to try to hurt a person. Hell for instance I knew someone who always showed up late and had bad hygiene. The worker even gave a warning that this is an issue to my friend and refused service after my friend didn’t respect that workers requests. Still they got told they won’t be given service anymore, the reason why, were warned beforehand even, and that’s it. My friend didn’t make a thing of it. No one did. No one got blacklisted. They just simply show up on time now and have good hygiene. Carrie wasn’t even given the chance to treat new nail salons with the respect they deserve for their good service. She was blacklisted.

Episodes where she's pregnant involve a bunch of tactics to cover up the bump, which is non-existent in this episode seeing as how this was season 7 and she was pregnant in season 6. She just got thick and stayed there for awhile.
