- Hey Everyone in this video we continue working on the Evo Sportster hardtail bike.
I went ahead and cut the original neck gusset out and put in my own bar as well as bracing for the neck.
It came out pretty good and I also mocked everything up.
Hope you enjoy

Cut, grind, weld and the frame of the Sportster became beautiful. This chopper promises to be elegant like all choppers. Good work !!!
Awesome job! Will this build be for sale?
man welding looks really fun, i want to learn
Awesome video and awesome content can’t wait for the next video Thank’s
Loving the southwest vibe.
Old Skool Cali! Nice creative work -- with a vision.
Maybe I'll see you all at the next Portland Show, with my Ironhead chop. . .lots to do here.
You’ve got this! See you there!
Yama, you did a great job on that Sportster frame! Thanks for this video!
Thanks Walter! I appreciate you always watching and supporting! Have a great day!
@@947w0rks You've got it, Yama! That Sportster frame reminds me of the rigid frames which Paughco offers up. Those frames have that secondary tube under the main backbone tube. Man, you did such a great job on that stock Sporty frame! It's guys like you, Mike, Blue, Joe, and the rest of your pals who put the "cool" in California! Build right. Ride safe. -- W
You weld to slow you need to step out with your swirls. Short circuit mig is a cold process. So you need to stay ahead of your puddle or you lose penetration.
Watching you guys work is making this cold rainy day good. Nice frame!
Thanks for watching!
I really like this bike! I can wait to see the final bike
I wonder if the bearing race area on the neck is distorted by the welding?
Good video. Thank you.
That moustache is filthy 😂😂😂
Great, looking good
Nice work dude! Can't wait to see what y'all bring to Portland next year!
If a feller wanted to do a 750 tracker build, where could he get the engun? I don't see any anywhere.
When you’re putting that much heat in to a centralized area, you need to let the area cool down or clamp it. Otherwise you’ll end up with a good warp in everything
Thanks for the tip! I have a frame jig that I need to get the “framing” material for soon that will help with this.
Tins look good that color... now just paint the frame a antique white along with the rims and add some teal pinstripes to both frame and rims..
Looks real good man....idk about the pink tho...lol
You adding more videos of this bike?
Good looking frame, where's part 4 of the build?
Cool sporty chop man! May i ask what seat did you use?
the welder needs to be on a dedicated circuit .
What welder are you using?
Is that a lowbrow frisco tank? If so or not, what tank and size is it specifically?
Hey there, yes it’s the lowbrow narrow frisco sporty tank. Not sure the size specifics
Q. Where did you guys get your brain buckets, awesome videos
That’s what I’d like to know
Where y’all get those retro helmets?
What's the angle of the front fork?
Awesome build so far!! What is that seat if you dont mind me asking?
Thanks! It’s the throttle addictions seat pan upholstered by b&c cycles!
@@947w0rks very cool. Thank you!
✌😎✌
What tires are those?
45? On the bench? Or big twin flatty?
Big twin UL , he's hunting internals, carb and info 🤘
@@GreezmunkyTV ain't we all? Lol
Bro who building choppers in Texas?
I mean no disrespect by my comment so don't take it as it is one... you wear a mask to protect your lungs from the metal grinding yet you lay the grinder wheel down on your workbench.. you should break that habit cause sooner or later you will see why you're supposed to put them on their back
А как потом с номером на раме? Если даже рулевой стакан весь варенный-резанный?
Really glad I found your guys channel. Already watched a ton and followed on IG. Thanks for the content, and inspiration 🤘
Thanks for watching!
