Over the rear fender -- "Frisco" grab rail or tall "chick stick." The overall profile of the bike is groovy. However, IF it were my project, I'd tuck in the steering head and run a six-over fork. To my thinking, the streets of San Francisco dictate tight handling. Some species of front brake would be a good idea. But then again, it's just me. The finished product is going to be amazing!
